Friendly staff and clean hotel. Conveniently located. The bed and AC were terrible. The room was still hot with temp set at 64. The fan was extremely loud when it turned on. The mattress and pillows had seen better days.

The staff was super friendly and nice. The room was quiet, adequate and clean, but could use some updating. But that is to be expected when you have a dog with you. Hotels prefer not to give their best rooms to dogs, which makes sense. I was disappointed that the room in this multi-story hotel was on the lower level (below lobby) so really no view of the lovely landscape.

Very pleasant..... Staff in general were helpful... My one big problem was the milk on the breakfast buffet tasted off.... On the last day my husband drank from the small carton and it had curdled.....He was so sick couldn't drive far so we had to spend the night in another hotel on the way home because he was too sick to travel.... The experation date was fine but moving them back and forth is not a great idea....Suck it up and leave the for guest all day .. Also the juice should be left out.... Cutting corners doesn't say much.

Most hotels never give a refrigerator with a freezer for freezer packs travelers take but this hotel gives you a full, large refrigerator WITH freezer!

Great place to stay, highly recommended
The room was clean, updated and had all I could want. The breakfast variety was excellent. I must compliment both Emily and her co-worker, sorry I forgot her name. I asked if I could get the breakfast sandwich without cheese and she made the sandwich. Every day after that they remembered and made sure that I had a sandwich waiting for me. Even when I overslept they looked for me. The front desk person, Krisha was personable and professional.
