Thank you so much for your feedback. We appreciate your honesty. The building is 20 years old. We are trying to upgrade the hotel as much as we can and we still are in the process of doing it. We already have a project coming with our elevator to update it. About the construction of the building, there is not much we can do about the walls that are not soundproof since it was built years ago. We haver our quite time from 10PM-8AM next time just give us a call to the Front desk so we can deal with the noise complain. Our pool is an average size and we never had a hot tub in the property. There are suites that have the jet-tub in room but we never have had Hot tub.We don't offer shuttle services. Yes you have to call your taxi company when you are planning to travel, since there is only one company who stay late for the taxi services. Unfortunately, we have nothing to do with the cost of the taxi. We always tell our guest that we are about 5-7 minutes from the airport and that we dont do shuttle services but we do have the option of park and fly. We have restaurants closed by like Tim hortons about 1.5km from us as well we have mcdonalds, KFC, Dairy Queen as well. Have a nice day,

We are so sorry that happened on your stay, we apologize for the inconvenience. The reason why we lost power was because there was a car accident in Oromocto area and NB Power was fixing the problem.

Thank You for your feedback, i am happy to let you know that we are doing upgrades to the hotel, we are removing some carpets in the rooms to put laminate flooring. I do agree that the entire hotel needs upgrade, but as well that takes time. We are doing baby steps with the updating the hotel and since you notices this hotel is an old building, the hotel building it is almost 20 years old, so doing an upgrade one day to another it is impossible, but we are trying to do our best for our guests to feel comfortable enough here at the Days Inn :) We appreciate your honesty and due to the vending machine coke, that will be with the Coca-Cola Company, the are the ones who provide those machines to us, we will be mentioning that to them as well so they can be aware of the guest recommendation.
