If I return to Frankfurt, I would stay here again. Very nice and modern property. Near the river and the park. A ton of free street parking. Good food options within close walking distance as well.

Un excelente lugar, me encanto el hotel, comodidad, limpieza, moderno, a lado del banco central Europeo. Solo tengan en cuenta que no esta tan cerca del downtown y qué la limpieza a la habitacion debes pedirla, no te la daran si no la coordinas. En overall 4.7 de 5.0 solo por la ubicación y qué el hotel estaba lleno y habian pocos meseros.

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, nuevas y limpias. Problemas: no hacen limpieza si no se pide, lleguè en la noche y me encontré con todo tal cual como lo había dejado en la mañana y los alimentos del desayuno se acaba mucho antes del horario que sale escrito y no reponen.

The overall stay was okay, for some reason we had been allocated a room that was intended for wheelchair access, subsequently the shower occupied the whole room and the toilet was high off the ground that was usual making sitting awkward. By far the worst aspect of the hotel was the restaurant, the menu consisted of 5 or so items written on a piece of paper that only half the staff new existed. Only two of the items on the menu were actually available, despite being told it was table service we had to order at the bar and when the burger ordered arrived it was completely raw. I was then told that it how it is supposed to be served. Incredibly disappointed.

Very happy with our stay. The staff were all friendly and approachable. The breakfast was excellent with well served and cooked food and an abundant choice Our room was good, the only minor fault was a lack of storage space which is being sorted. We will use the hotel in the future

Fire evacuation in the middle of the night. Guests out in the freezing cold with no staff to be found. False alarm. Faulty system. Whether a false negative or false positive, a faulty fire alarm system is a big concern. Staff next morning were dismissive that it could happen at any hotel. Staff need more training in emergency procedures and alarm system needs fixing and testing more often!!!!

Dear Alison we deeply apologize for our bad communication towards our guests during this fire alert. We didn’t treated our guestslike we should do, as we do not like to stand somebody in the cold. All of our fixed term team members are trained on how to deal with a fire alert. The next fire brigade is 5 min to our hotel.In a case of a real alert the fire brigade would take over the lead out of regulation reasons and we would assist. Good property, new, quiet. Easy to walk to town along the river at day time taking about 30 minutes . Need to transit at main station to get on S8/9 to airport if you take U6 train. Need to make sure train is operating otherwise suggest to take Uber.

Everything was great apart from the fact I couldn’t connect to the TV and had to spend my whole stay with the TV off. Also I will recommend them to have TV channels in English for people that do not understand German. But overall this hotel is in a very convenient area meaning you just need to know how the transportation system works here and you will be great to go around.

Great hotel. We stayed here for the recent NFL International Games. Only a short 10 walk to get onto the reliable and frequent S-Bahn trains. You can walk into the city centre in approx 30 minutes. The hotel is located right next to the European Central Bank. Hotel was great, clean, comfortable and with loads of modern ‘techy’ features. It was a nice touch to be able to cast our Netflix/Disney content onto a 40 inch tv. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice hotel, excellent spacious room. The only criticism I have is in regards to the dining options. The restaurant has a very limited ( and over priced for what you get) range. Not what I would expect of such a nice hotel. I could get a more extensive menu at an Aussie outback pub.

I thought this was a great hotel the only reason I took off one star is the air conditioning doesn't work properly. It was 25.8C most of the time, we got it down to 24C once, we were sweltering with drapery closed the whole time or if we left them open it felt like bring in a greenhouse.

Professional and kind staff! Extremely thoughtful design. Super convenient, walkable and beautiful location sitting along the main river and park. It is joyful and peaceful to walk along the main river to old down. Breakfast is thoughtful again. We can squeeze the fresh fruit and vegetable juice. I love everything about this hotel!

We love this hotel!
My family was in awe with this hotel. Family-friendly, spacious, and immaculate hotel. This property is in great location surrounded by park, within minutes of Main River, bus/train stops, and multiple choices of restaurants in the area. We received nothing but excellent service from the reception and restaurant staff. Enjoy the commune area with board games, rent a bike to cruise along Main River, workout at the gym and relax at the sauna. If we could only live here we would, as we were spoiled with everything this hotel has to offer.

Hotel is located in a great area close to the Main and you can take some walks at the river or even walk over to Sachsenhausen which is also a great area to have a drink in the evening. Public transportation is close by and walkable. Hotel by itself is very clean (since it's brand new) and has a five star breakfast. Rooms are a little smaller from where we stayed at the Museumsufer. Otherwise very nice and clean.

It could be great!
I had high hopes for this place but was disappointing. I booked a superior room which is compact but style is good and quite modern. View from room was lovely over the river. Bed is really comfortable and TV is good which has casting so you can watch your own Netflix etc. A few things let the overall stay down. My room was clearly not cleaned properly on arrival. I found my soap and shower gel empty. When stepping out for dinner I asked the receptionist could I have someone refill, I left it day and returned to reception and asked again and was handed two full bottles to replace myself, I was stepping out so asked could someone leave up in my room. Came back and still had not been changed so went down to reception and took the refills. When changing I found the holders were filthy dirty. I also found a open packet of crisps from I presume the previous guest in the room. I tried the restaurant the second night and had to move seats to get the waiters attention, menu is basic and not much options. Breakfast is buffet and pretty good. Gym and sauna are brilliant. Hotel has great potential but staff and restaurant let it down. Hopefully just a once as it’s a beautiful hotel.
