This hotel is perfect if you don’t mind being slightly outside the centre. The train station is less than a 5min walk down the road and there is a Lidl across the road. The complimentary breakfast is varied with scrambled eggs and sausage for hot food and variety of buns, bread, meats cheeses and veggies. There is yogurt cereal and fruit, juice coffee and tea Staff were friendly although the dining room staff seemed frazzled at times keeping up with clearing tables. Thank you for allowing me to enter my room 35 mins early due to my rough flight (no sleep for 30hours) Highly recommend this hotel Please think about a shelf or rack for the shower to put toiletries on like conditioner

The receptionist behavior was not respectful at the time of checking in, we hope you follow this issue and email to me the result because I was with my family and he didn’t consider their presence. He offended to us.

Excellent breakfast. Front desk clerk rude and unfriendly, assigned me to a room with another guest suddenly returned, then asked me to move to another room, blamed computer, never apologized. I would not stay here had I knew.

The hotel is a walk away from Frankfurt nightlife which is Sachsenhausen. Breakfast was fantastic and full of options. The only this which it missed was the tea/coffee inside the rooms.

The Worst hotel ever
— very different from what is advertised in booking. The worst 4 * hotel ever. It is terrible hotel. — it cannot be four star hotel!! It does not deserve more than 2 stars! — terrible area! Like crime street! We were very worried about our car outside! — do not trust the positive reviews! We trusted and booked and it was the worst Germany experience! I think they faked or paid to get positive reviews or the people who wrote those good reviews, have never stayed in another hotel that has more than one star ever! — I do not know how they get hotel stars in Germany!! This one does deserve 1-2*! — rude and unfriendly reception staff! — insects in the room! — dirty room, -The towels are very damaged and old! It is like they have been used since the hotel has been built!!! — we sent them message before we come and asked question and no one answered, and we ended up not having parking!! —The water pressure is terrible during morning when cleaning staff are working!!! — if you ask questions from reception they start to yell at you!!! — they charge you for extra tax! — no handicap friendli! Only one very small elevator and a lot of stairs in the middle of corridors

Great hotel very close to sachsenhausen
Overnight stay to enjoy the sachsenhausen area. Great location, 10 min walk. Quiet area mid week. Clean room, great service, well stocked breakfast. We did on curb parking in front of hotel. Had drinks at bar Legend close by in the sachsenhausen, bar tender Paul and his friends were welcoming and friendly. Will definitely return.

Young man who checked us in didn't greet us then demanded I wear a mask (which I retrieved immediately), but was not wearing one the next morning during breakfast or during check out. We also called for an iron and board, housekeeping knocked once and then came in the room. Seems like the a/c and tv were on automatic timers.
