My jewellery were stolen from my room
All my earrings were stolen from my room on the last day of my stay. There was only one person at reception at night and no senior management were reachable. The reception person said no record showing my room was cleaned but there were new towels and new water in the room! He also said only senior management has access to see the CCTV footage. I had the police to come but they couldn’t help further without the footage. It’s very upsetting because all these earrings have sentimental value to me. It doesn’t feel safe to stay in this hotel knowing someone has the key and can come into the room to go through your things. Very scaring and disappointing. Update: 3 weeks on, I am still waiting for the hotel to tell me what they have found on CCTV. I’ve filled in a comprehensive form with the police but nothing has happened.

Worse than a Motel 8
Traveler beware. The toilet is in the bedroom. The room is a generous capsule size, while the bathroom 'door' doesn't fit the frame and won't close. This is pretty gross to say the least. Will not stay here again if you paid my overpriced room charge. Worse than Motel 8. Staff were nice. Too many negatives to go into detail. Don't stay herei if you want a real hotel room. Breakfast was decent selection and quality.

As an airport hotel with a very fine roof top restaurant I would expect it to be open to serve its guests. Room service is acceptable if space is an issue. Closing the restaurant for a private function was a nasty surprise after travelling all day with limited time to eat. The lobby cafe was not an attractive option.

As good as during my last trip. Still the most modern hotel around the FRA airport, with many small gadgets built in. The temperature regulation of the showers alone is worth the stay! Never seen anything like this in any hotel in the US, regardless of their star rating.

This is a great hotel. Friendly staff, easy check-in, everything new, clean, and well-designed. Awesome breakfast. And in a walking distance (about 10min) from Terminal 2 of the airport. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

The entire stay was amazing ! Loved the room, location . However considering I paid for a car loft , I was a bit disappointed with the service. I indicated a two people but this hotel doesn’t have a two bed room for their car loft room. I was travelling with male friend, and for my culture, it’s not quite appropriate to sleep on the same bed. I requested for a spare bed but was told they have to charge me. It wasn’t a cheap room, and they said the room can stay up to 3 people and I paid two people charge. I can appreciate that but I find it a little unreasonable to have to be charged an extra bed. I wasn’t even asked if I need an extra blanket, had to ask for it. If this is not a high calibre hotel, I wouldn’t have said anything. But considering the price I paid, and this is not a 2 star motel, I find it disappointing the hotel will not offer any assistance in sleeping arrangements.

Good hotel, nicely decorated and a short walk to the airport. Had all amenities I needed for a one night stay before my flight. Even got a workout in. Only thing was I booked through Expedia and was charged for the room when I booked it but this hotel didn’t seem to have a record of that when I was checking in and charged me again. When I realized I’d been double charged, I inquired with the front desk who said Expedia charge was just a guarantee for the room and would be refunded. After returning home and seeing no changes in the charges, I had to inquire again and they then admitted I shouldn’t have been charged on check in and promptly refunded me. Other than that misstep, a good stay.

The hotel is brand new, rooms are sophisticated and modern. It is a pleasant stay. The staff, however, needs to be changed urgently. I had two poor experiences while checking in and out, and will not stay again or recommend this hotel to colleagues or friends. Daniella tried to charge me twice for the room saying “she is not supposed to know” (her words) when reservations have been fully paid while using Expedia, so she just charges the room fee again. While checking out early (4 am), I was greeted by a night employee, his name was Yenia or Yehia. He told me there was an additional charge of 7 Euros for the room, but did not explain or understand why. He just kept trying to charge me the amount saying it was on the computer. I asked if there was a manager reachable on duty, and he said no. He was getting flustered while trying to charge me the amount he couldn’t explain, and he couldn’t remove the charge in the system given he seemed untrained to do so. Here’s the biggest problem I’ve faced in my trip, though, with this person: he told me “you are in Germany, you should speak German”. This is a hotel for international travellers, in an international city (Frankfurt), located by the international airport! Expecting me to be fluent in German to help the staff figure out a billing issue is unacceptable. This level of rudeness is unacceptable, and it seems to not be isolated, since Daniella was also very rude, not just Yenia/Yehia. Training and replacement needed.

Brilliant hotel especially for car enthusiasts
Hotel was fantastic, we had the car loft room with airport view. Room was massive and the fact that we could have the car on the balcony was brilliant. Views for plane spotting were ideal. Only issue was air con was noisy even on lowest setting and women who checked us in forgot to mention the restaurant was closed the evening we arrived due to a private function so had to eat elsewhere.
