The hotel needs an upgrade
"The hotel staff is very friendly. Unfortunately my non-smoking room smells smoke, and it took 3 hours for me to get another room. Also the coffee machine and the shower do not work properly."

"The location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby, 50 yards from a subway station, and a bust stop also very close. However, the room was just ok. Kitchen had no dishes or cookware, so it was pretty much a waste of space. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have endured in as long as I can remember. ..."

"I wish I could rate this property -100. The property was unclear and dirty when I arrived. I checked out the next day because I couldn't stand the receptionist either, for trying to persuade me to stayed in the property. The pictures online are completely different when I got there."
