The property is clean, the employees are nice and helpful, all exterior access points are controlled by your room key. Rules are in place to keep the hotel clean, quiet and respectful. I have asthma and appreciate the fact that the bathroom had an exhaust fan. The laundry space is clean and well maintained, and the parking lot is well lit. I am impressed with how quiet it was at night, and I was finally able to sleep and relax. I will be coming back and highly recommend it to sleep deprived travelers.

The hotel stay was over priced. The blankets is paper thin we asked for an extra one and the hotel couldn’t even give us one because they done have extra. The elevator was broken the last two days of our stay and having to go down 4 flights of stairs was awful. The hotel does have good and bad things about it

We do apologixze for the cricket issue. There is no way we can treat crickets.This something that happens every year with this property. this something that happens temporary. We do what we can to keep them down at a minimum. this year is worst due to the extreme heat and we are behind a field and they will come to the building to stay coll but then they will eventually die because there is no water. As soon as the weather start cooling, they will stay outside. Sorry for the bad experiences. Hope to see you back when the weather is cool . Thanks.

It was ok
We are from out of state and decided to stay here. Pros: Customer service is great. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Water is great temperature for the showers. Rooms are clean. A/C worked for the hot TX weather. Lots of restaurants and stores to choose from. Great location! Cons: DO NOT stay on floor 2. This is the only hallway which smells. I was on floor 2. The walls are thin. I am a light sleep, so I did not sleep well the whole 3-days I stayed there. The bathtub floor creaks, so I would recommend a top floor room. People were hanging outside of the hotel at all hours. Elevator takes forever, so we always used the stairs. The linens are white. My bed’s top cover had embedded hairs still in them which were not mine.

The walls were very thin, you could here the neighbors crying kids and dogs barking. The room was to be cleaned after 14 days, no one ever came to clean. The beds were very uncomfortable. We can say without a doubt we will not be using this place again for recommending it.

Light in bathroom kept going out, water would not go out of tub, there was not a closet, beds look like fold out carts. Entry was not inviting at all. Checked out next day no money is refundable don't tgink i will be staying again. Someone stomped acoss the floor above i heads all night

We didnt stay here. We had reservations, but when we got there to check in, the computer system was down. The young man said he'd been on the phone with tech support for an hour. I asked what he thought we should do. He said to find another room. It was late and i was tired. So we did. I asked if he would cancel our reservatiin when the computer got up and running again and he said yes.
