Most of the staff was very friendly. Swimming pool is cold and small. Continental breakfast is ok as long as you get there before its gone. Overall stay was great. Conviently located

Very nice facility! The only complaint is we only had one tiny trash can and 2 washcloths for 2 days. We asked the front desk for more washcloths and we had to go get them and they only had hand towels for us to use. Couldn't get hot water in the shower as well. Very clean and comfortable quiet room!

I booked this hotel due to the excellent reviews and was disappointed. Check in time was 3:00 pm. We arrived at 3:20 pm and were told our room was not ready and it would be 30 minutes to an hour. Several others had the same situation and we all had to sit in the lobby and wait. Our room was finally ready 1-1/2 hours later at 4:50 pm. When we got in our room there was still an old pizza box, trash in the trash can and dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher. Room was clean but not exceptional like prior reviews have indicated. Had to hurry to Uber to a concert. Would not have been rushed if the room was ready on time. We were not offered any complimentary items or discounts or anything. Staff was not much help. Just told that they were full on Fri night and did not have all the rooms cleaned by 3:00 on Sat. When we got back after the concert and mentioned the delay in rooms being ready to the night clerk, she had no idea and said she was wondering why people were asking if their rooms were ready. She had not been told about the afternoon which would have been nice for her to have a heads up. I would not recommend this hotel after this experience.
