The place itself was okay, however, the staff are thieves. We left a small bag of dirty clothes in the bathroom when we checked out. After calling the next day, they said that nothing was found. The clothes were left in one of their bags for laundry. Items left behind should be turned in and by the staff at all time. Well this staff decided to keep our clothes. We will never stay at this place again regardless of how nice it may have been.

1st Floor Accessible Room Roll in Shower
The room was great. Everything was clean and there was enough space for the wheelchair to get around. It was a little cramped for turns and it was hard to keep the room door open, but the entry space to the room was helpful for buffering the sound from the lobby. This accessible room with a roll in shower was also on the first floor! The sink was easy to access while in your chair and turning wasn't tight. If you need a shorter bed, it wouldn't work for you, but transferring for us is better with a taller bed. It was a tad too tall for solo transfer though. Also there was a built in bench and a chaise lounge. Breakfast was decent. We liked that the meat and eggs were in different dishes that weren't right next to each other so our pork allergy didn't stop us from eating eggs.

Breakfast was the worst we've had yet in a hotel. Not many options and what was there wasn't very good. Also staff wasn't the most friendly but they weren't mean either. But the hotel was decently clean.

It was a great service but one issue was when arrived, they didn’t have my reservation ready. Learned had to go through emails to find notification of my reservation. Found it and had to go through processing. Successfully set up a room for us.
