2024 Patriot Rodeo Trip

Girls Trip
We had the best time staying here for our girls trip. It was so close to everything making it super easy to enjoy the Stockyards, many restaurants and Sundance Square. It had everything we needed making it so relaxing. I would definitely book again if coming back to Fort Worth!

Can’t beat the location, easy to get all around ft worth and walking distance to dickeys! Manager was great and quickly communicated when we accidentally left a few things at house!

Fabulous place!

Safety concern
I want to start with saying the property was extremely clean, well maintained and comfortable. However a large red flag for us was safety: few hours after we checked in there was a thud on the main door- a white male around 19-20 years of age was standing outside on the porch and said he came to enquire that we were "okay" since he heard that the "last people who stayed there were badly hurt". He did not try to come in but this incident scared us and we ended up staying indoors with locked doors for the rest of the trip. we were all on edge and nervous about our safety, we even canceled most of our dinner plans. There was no pack n play for the baby, and other baby items so carry your own stuff. Lastly, the owner was available to communicate with and was empathetic to our situation. However we were not offered to be moved to another of his properties, not compensated nor given late check out. He only expressed how sorry he was that this safety incident had occurred. Overall: would not go back due to safety concerns

NCAA gymnastics weekend
Here for the college championships hosted at Dickies Arena which is 4 block from the property. So amazing to be in walking distance and have a great house with good beds, bred rooms, community space, full kitchen, laundry, and yard. Fun fun fun
