“Satisfied”
Thought the room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. The area has several restarants and is conveniently near the expressway.
“I was Impressed!”
This is my first experiance staying at a Best Western and I can say I was please with it. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. I was not expecting to have a fridge or microwave in the room or a coffee pot! But we had all three! The hotel was located next to the main highway and just a short distance from the airport, which made ot very easy to find. I would recommend this hotl to anyone coming for a stay in Fort Wayne.
“Friendly, helpful staff”
The room was comfortable, clean and neat. Easy access to surrounding area, good restaurants in area, Rt. 69 and Jefferson St. Staff always asking if we needed anything or if they could help in some way. Breakfast adequate.
“Decent Hotel for the Price”
Very affordable and comfortable stay. My room was clean and neat and staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also very quiet. Nothing fancy but a nice enough place to stay.
“Recommend this Best Western”
Clean room, excellent layout with sink outside bathroom. The desk clerk placed us at the end near an exterior door so we could move our dog in and out easily, and there was room to accommodate our SUV and 26 foot travel trailer on the parking lot. Plenty of room to run the dog, and a lovely pond just off the hotel parking lot. Breakfast is free, and offered starting at 6am, a boon for early risers. A reasonable choice of food. We needed to stay in a motel on the last night of an 8,000km trip, as no campgrounds were open.

“Good Experience”
The hotel was clean and quiet. We were only there to shower and sleep. We did catch breakfast 2 days. It was basic but good. The staff were attentive and friendly. We would stay here again.
“OK if you don't want to sleep”
The service was friendly, the room was ok. The bed was about the same in hardness as the floor. I could not sleep in the bed. I tried the recliner, it wasn't much better than the bed. The ice machine on the 1st floor was out of service. The back door (closest to my room) was out of service. To me, the breakfast was very good. I would feel the same way if the room was free. There should be better directions to get to the Best Western. The roads were very confusing, there was no sign directing travelers to the hotel. It is easily seen, just hard to get to.
