Second year in this condo
We love the 1st floor location of the condo. It is nice to have easy access to the pool and the beach. We also love the 4 BR option. There is plenty of room for 6 adults & 4 children. The condo could have been cleaner. The tile was sticky upon arrival. The carpet also needed cleaning. And the ones that walked barefooted in the condo ended up with dirty feet! Something fell behind the salad crisper and when I pulled the drawer out, I was disgusted by the yuck! It obviously had not been cleaned in a while! There is obvious mold on the bathroom ceilings. I realize that is difficult to tend to. Several of the televisions had issues. The maintenance man help remedy several of the problems. Upon arrival, I opened the sliding glass door in the living area. It took two of us to close the door! Again, the maintenance man came to the rescue and oiled it but it definitely needs repairing. The pocket door in the master bathroom needs to be replaced. It would not even close. I do realize that when these rentals are constantly occupied, there is a lot of on going maintenance and repairs that have to be dealt with.

The location is great but the condo is in desperate need of a LOT of TLC !! There were things broken and not working properly. The A/C actually quit working on us the first day and it turned out that the filter was so dirty that it shut the unit down !!! It was repaired rather quickly but the furnace area and door into the furnace were covered in dust balls and looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. There was mold on the bathroom ceilings and paint peeling off. The one bathroom toilet was loose and not attached to the floor. The main bathroom door in the master bedroom was broken and off the track so it had to be manually lifted up every time you wanted to close or open it. The hand towel holder in that same bathroom had the screws pulled out of the wall and there were ants coming out of the woodwork. The sliding glass door leading to the patio area was constantly catching and had to be lifted up to get it to roll again. The carpet that was put in was dirty and needed cleaned. (We couldn't figure out why someone would put carpet in the main living area at the beach anyway) The dishwasher handle was broken and only the screw was holding it on.Overall, as stated before, this condo is in desperate need of repairs.

Perfect!!
We loved everything about our stay. The view was breathtaking, the pool was warm and sparkling clean, the staff was friendly, and the condo was very clean!! It was a family friendly area, and felt safe. We will definitely recommend to people and plan on visiting again!

Great location
We loved being on the first floor and being right by the pool and access to the beach. The condo had mold/mildew on the master bath ceiling by the shower, but the exhaust fan didn't work. The carpet is in major need of shampooing or replacement! Our feet were black just from walking across the floor! Also, for what the charge is for cleaning, you would think they would move a swivel recliner to remove food underneath it that our grandson almost ate! Disappointed in cleanliness for sure! Also, not a lot of room on the beach to sit if you don't rent their chairs and umbrellas.

Awesome time!
The place itself is a little old, but accommodated our family of 9 very well. The patio furniture needs to be updated but he kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! The walk to the beach and pool was very easy and the kids loved having the little grassy area off the patio to kick a ball around in. It was like their own little backyard.
