Just right.
Located across from the beach just a short walk from everything downtown. Facility is a little dated but the cabins were clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils plenty of towels and the folks running the place were very nice. There are much nicer places to stay however they come with A very hefty price tag. I needed a place to sleep take a shower change clothes and let’s face it I didn’t go there and spend time in the room but to spend time on the beach. I would definitely stay there again

We have stayed here a couple times. Perfect location. If your looking for the Hilton this isn't it. But it fits the budget and will probably stay sgain. Rooms and pool are clean.

Nice Place to stay
Check in was quick and easy. Owner greeted us and took us right to our room,, which was cozy and nice overlooking the bay. Bed was good, pillows and mattress just fine. The overall condition was very good. Close to everything, we really loved our stay.

Some say dated but I say laid back. Like the old Ft Myers beach use to be. Easy beach access. 2 minutes from Time Square. If you need anything just ask them. Staff is awesome.

We loved everything about the hotel. There was a phone number to contact owners. They always responded quickly. Location Location Location ! Our unit had everything you need kitchen, cleaning supplies, heater air conditioner, etc. Value, I read other negative reviews my response to them would be you can have what you want from a Hotel/Motel. You need to spend the $300-$400 dollars a night! Just saying! I will be going back to stay there. I enjoyed my time there I believed the price was right. Joanne Eden.

The stay was fine other than the fact that when we first arrived there we had to wait outside the front desk office in the heat at 9:30pm for about 30-45 mins because when we called to confirm the reservation the male staff member said that he had left work a long time prior to our arrival and that it would take him bout 30 mins to get back there to check us into the hotel. The place is a bit run down, the stairs to the 2 nd floor were sketchy at best. The owner was very creepy and rude. He watches when you come and go. While we were gone he went into our room and found we had a tourch used to light a grill. So he waited until the next morning to come to the room and tell my husband we had to leave and gave us like 15 minutes. He also doesn't like Spanish people and my husband looks Spanish. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I guess you could have propane torch in the bedroom to light a grill......if you have a grill in your bedroom. Other people turn the grill to "on" and it lights. I hear some people use a propane torch when using certain drugs.

I can't say enough good things about staying at the Holiday Court. A great, unbeatable location. I stayed in one of the detached cottages near the pool and everything was perfect - the staff, the view, the proximity to the beach, pier and Times Square, as well as a 24 hour convenience store next store was everything we could ask for. Most importantly, everything was clean and in great working order. 5 stars. Outstanding place for a relaxing vacation.

The property has an excellent location, right across the street from the beach. It’s also within walking distance of many restaurants and gift shops. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking is a little tight, if you have a large vehicle and traffic is pretty heavy on the weekends, but I would stay here again.

There was a cookout for all Guests one evening which we occassionally do, free for all guests of the Holiday Court Motel, which was from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. This particular guest will not be returning since they had to be evicted and the Sheriff Department issued a trespassing warrants to them.

Everyone deserves a second chance.
We stayed here once before during a hotter time of the year and the suite we stayed in would not cool off during the day, not to bad at night. On this stay the suite we were in was very clean and comfortable, air conditioning was more then adequate and we enjoyed our entire week while we were there.

Steve the owner is a real stand up guy very helpful and extended our check out time with out any extra charge. He was very accomodating. Our room was great...bed was very comfy...great views from our second floor deck/porch...not a huge place as far as rooms so that was another plus...private not too many people...clean pool well maintained...I will deffinately come back here again...soon...loved it !!!! ashour & christina

Old school Fort Myers Beach
Great location super close to beach. Walking distance to several restaurants. Good service and clean but facility is definitely showing its age. Old school motel key vs key card, old furniture. They loaned out beach equipment, which was convenient. Parking right outside the door.

The owners and staff were helpful and friendly. The location was amazing-one block away from the convenience store, great restaurants, shops, and directly across the street from the beach. The trolly and tram stop was right there too. Back deck area was wonderful for sitting on the pier or tables and chairs. Room was clean and was attended to daily. Everything worked, but there were simple maintenance items that could be addressed (headboard not attached, ceiling fan plate not in place, AC insulation missing). We would definitely stay here again.

Old School Florida at its best.
GREAT location! Close to everything you need beach, dining, and shopping. Very clean but dated room. This is old school Florida at its best. Nice clean pool and private area to enjoy the sun. The owners are very accommodating. We had a very relaxing trip, I would recommend this place and will definitely return.
