All I can say is do not stay here! We were so dissapointed by this resort especially after all the great reviews we saw about it. When we arrived they gave us a room on the 5th floor of the building near the ocean. We went to the room and it was filthy. It had a musty smell as soon as you entered, the carpet was moist, there was mold in the shower, the art and furniture were literally falling apart. We thought maybe turning on the A/C would help with the smell so we turned it on and it shot out dust. My husband removed the air filters from the A/C unit and they were disgusting. Filled with dust and mold. We notified the desk and they "upgraded" us to a bungalow. We were pleased until we got to the bungalow. It was filthy as well. The floor tiles had visible dirt and grime on them, there were ants in our kitchen area near the trash can, and the sink didn't work. There were two doors to the ground floor bungalow that also didn't feel safe as they opened outward leaving the hinges on the outside for anyone to access. One of the exterior doors opened to an alley behind the building. When we asked for the room to be deep cleaned they said they would and it obviously wasn't. The front desk manager, Patrick, then came to the room with the houskeeping supervisor and asked very rudely about the issue. I showed the grime on the floors and he said that a certain amount of dirt and debris was expected for hotel floors with tile and grout. Do not stay here!

Basic clean rooms. Misleading about balcony…rooms with one bed only get a Juliet balcony which wasn’t clear when booking. They also advertised two pools but adult pool is exclusive to those in another section. Easy access to beach.

Property has gone downhill over the past 5-6 years since I've been staying there. They've now monetized their parking lots by allowing the public to park for a day rate, crowding hotel guests out, adding congestion to the formerly very private beach area, making towels and chairs scarce. The slightest breeze causes them to refuse to place out umbrellas when other resorts that offer the same services nearby will put out umbrellas. The interior is beat and smells awful, there are signs in the common areas advising they're updating the interior soon, that is so tacky, don't put paper signs up, just do it. General comment and I understand a sign of the times, but the place is overrun by dogs, on the beach, in the water....doing what dogs do, even though there are supposed to be no dogs on LTBS beaches, the staff would never dare restrict it. This place used to be kind of special, now it's just a place for the general public to be loud and trashy on the beach. There are far better options nearby.

Liked the location very quiet in that section, not on a Main Street. Easily accessible to beach. I wish I had booked a room with a balcony on the ocean side because my room did not have any balcony to sit out on, otherwise it was nice. Was not too fond of the sink in the bathroom either it was a big bowl and it was hard to wash my face.

Great location. I was unpleasantly surprised that I’d be charged a daily packing fee of $20 plus tax in addition with the daily resort fee of over $40. I guess, I need to start reading the fine print( never had to pay for parking at the hotels I previously had stayed at).

The property was very nice and the lobby with coffee shop and little cafe was extremely nice. It has a nice vibe to it. The pool area was nice and beach. It was great that staff said that you can’t leave the lunge. Chairs unattended all day and expect to keep them. There is not enough for everyone so that is a good policy to have . The room cleaning was a little less than desired. Room was nice and bright but had to call first day for services and second day it was not until after 4:30pm and we had returned to room to get ready for dinner. The housekeeper had to work around us. Bathroom was never cleaned during our stay. We ran out of toilet paper the last day . Earlier cleaning times or changing times of day if it is a late clean day before perhaps an early clean the next day . Staff were friendly and helpful . It was a nice vacation spot . Will return

My family and I were here for 4 nights during spring break and had an amazing trip! You don’t need a car…restaurants and shops are about a 10 minute walk and Publix/CVS is across the street. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
