Where do I begin with this stay. First, I recommend you do not book through expdia for this hotel. Upon check in I was told the incidentals was 50.00 per day, and I was staying 5days so my charge should have been 250.00 incidentals but I was charged 1001.52 for incidentals for a stay I had already paid for through expedia. Marriott stated that was expedia policy to have them charge almost the same amount I paid for hotel through expedia. Next, I will.say the entrance to hotel is nice and room set up is nice, thats about all I can say nice about this property. The front desk attendant isn't qualified or trained well enough to handle guests and competent in handling any questions. She takes a very hands off approach and just say it's not her business. It's her job to be able to explain to guests their concerns about what is being charged. The housekeeping is non exsistent, I had to ask for towels everyday because when we checked in it was 2 towels in room for a five day stay. The housekeeping came in one day and all she did was make the bed, she did not sweep or clean bathroom. And the other couple that came with us had the same issue with housekeeping. Then when were checking out the check in clerk told us we were already checked out and called us by another guest name. I told her how could I be checked out when I am standing here trying to check out now. She was like well thats what I see heres your receipt. Horrible service is all I can say!

This hotel was very disappointing for the price, every night we had to ask for towels, they don’t clean the bathrooms and change the sheets. We stayed for 5nights and they never changed the sheets or vacuumed the floor or properly cleaned the bathroom. Until we called and complained they came back to clean the bathroom. We first got a room with no access to WiFi and signal was very low. They had to move us to a different floor to get a good signal. The access to the garage is very confusing, there are no signs anywhere to find your way. Only one elevator was working when we got there, for a couple of days it was so frustrating waiting for the elevator.

The restaurant staffs were pleasant and accomodating. The breakfast was delightful. The room was nice but had no shower gel. The night front desk agent did a follow up call to ensure that the bath gel was delivered to my room. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Our room was not clean. The shower and bedroom floor were dirty. We needed to clean the shower ourselves before using it. And our room was charged two items that we did not purchase. I had them reimburse the charges. Disappointing experience.

Staff was very congenial and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel was really quite nice. Very close and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Very walkable area with lots of choices for food and amenities. Pool area is very nice. We stayed one night after coming back from a cruise and the location to the airport is very convenient. No complaints at all about this stay. Would definitely choose this hotel again for a similar need.

Stayed previously with no issues - this time ac in room was very loud and not working properly. After two attempts to speak to front desk, employee was on phone, I gave up. Room was fine but definitely worn compared to last visit.

On arrival there was no one on the 1st floor. We needed help with luggage. Waited until someone showed up. Very odd not to have someone greeting arriving guests. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious! .

Disappointing Hygiene Standards at Marriott Hotel I recently stayed at the Marriott Fort Lauderdale Airport Hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with the cleanliness of the bed linens. Despite my expectations of a well-maintained environment, I discovered that the bed linens were soiled with human excretions. Also, the towels provided were dirty and unclean as well. This lack of attention to hygiene was profoundly concerning and impacted my overall perception of the hotel's standards. I thought about bringing this issue to the staff's attention, but this condition was not something I wanted to undertake for a one-night stay. My wife and I flew into Fort Lauderdale from Seattle, WA, non-stop, and this already had a 12-hour day. Our departure from the hotel was early because we had an 11:00 check-in time for our Celebrity Cruise. I will write to the executives of Marriott to provide my video and photo evidence. This condition left a lasting impression. Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment is crucial for a comfortable stay, and I hope the Marriott takes this feedback seriously to improve their hygiene protocols.

We arrived at 9:00 pm and fell into bed tired from our trip and need to leave at 11:00 so not much time to enjoy the property. It is very nice and room is exceptional. Thank you.

It was an amazing time we came for 3 days to see a game messi . Nothing to complain. The staff friendly n very helpful. Free shuttle to the airport. The pool n gym so clean warm water.. and the room so much space to move around . N super clean . I love the smell when u walk in the hotel . Amazing thank you

AMAZING
It was a beautiful modern clean hotel. The restaurant was delicious and the bar tender Peter was a nice as could be. We were there just for a lay over and we had a late flight the next day. The front desk guy was so nice and gave us a late check out for no extra charge. I had never stayed at a Marriott. Now I am looking for them for our next stay. Thank you.
