My experience was great! The staff were extremely helpful, and the environment was pleasant. I wish there was access to an Ethernet connection since I WFH I wasn’t able to extend my stay unfortunately. Nonetheless I will definitely be booking again in the near future!

Property has the potential to be great but fails in its current state. Initially one of the 2 room cards provided did not work. Normally this would not be notable. Unfortunately thing progressively went down hill from there. The pull out sofa bed had a dirty washcloth on the soiled fitted sheet. A call was placed requesting a new fitted sheet, a pillow and 3 bath towels. After 3 calls and 2 trips to the front desk and several hours the fitted sheet and pillow were delivered. Still no towels. Another call was placed regarding the towels. By 11pm we gave up on the towels and turned in for the night. In addition several other guests were at the front desk with issues to report as well. As for the area of town its located in, there is a homeless encampment located half a block away. Not an issue during sun up but interesting navigating after sunset.

The hotel itself was very nice, however the area surrounding the hotel is not very nice and we did not feel safe. Property is right next to the train tracks, though we did not hear the trains. I wish we would have researched more where this hotel was located and had more accessible options for walking the area for food/entertainment.

The bed was super comfortable! Awesome staff. Great breakfast, very busy. Uber to the cruise was fast and efficient. Getting to the hotel via Uber from the airport was a bit of a hassle. The airport was very busy and jammed with traffic at arrivals.

Staff had me in a king bed when I requested 2 queen beds. Very uncomfortable to have to share a bed with someone. Notified and wanted to get moved or compensated for the room, they just took off the parking 😕

The customer service was not the best. I stayed for one night on April 6th, 2024. I arrived at the hotel At 3:30pm. They advertised that check in time is at 4:00 pm. The receptionist at the desk told me my room wasn’t ready and if I could wait in the lobby. My son and I waited, until 4:00 saw the receptionist joking around with other employees at the front desk , ( no customers) , I’m like well maybe she will call me any minute, then 4:30 she still has us waiting. I go back to the counter . Asking her if my room was ready , I was very disappointed because, you mean to So she finally tells us our room is available at 4:30. My son and I proceed to our room to get settled , the room was clean and descent. I kinda just got annoyed tried to get some rest until this was my FINAL STRAW, about 11:45 pm, we ordered a pizza from Sarina’s pizza ( local pizza spot). Delivery time said 30 mins. I went downstairs 30 minutes later, and remembered I ordered a pizza. I received a text and screenshot from my door dasher saying our pizza delivered. I go downstairs to the lobby, and a new receptionist by the name of Sabree ( spell check ), I ask about a delivery. She claimed no one delivered a pizza, my screenshot that I received shows her in the background. I also have footage recorded behind the counter that there were 2 pizza boxes but she claim that my delivery could have been taken by another guest. I plan to send this to HQ, unacceptable for an employee to lie and take guest food

We had dinner reservation for 630pm and wanted to check in at 4pm to shower and change and our room was not ready. The room was not ready until almost 7pm so we never got to shower and had to change in the car. Staff did not accommodate us at all. They did not give us any refund and when asked a few days later to be compensated , we were denied. Very disappointing.

I made a previous reservation through Expedia (for December 2023) and had to cancel late because the people we were visiting got covid. My paperwork said I would be charged for one night, but I was charged for all four nights. It was resolved by a phone call to the hotel, but it shouldn't have happened. I made a reservation on Expedia for March (for our rescheduled trip) because, although I was not pleased about the overcharge, this hotel has a room with a roll-in shower, which we needed. But when we arrived, the hotel had no record of our reservation. I showed the person at check-in my paperwork, and she apparently checked the hotel's Expedia account and found it. But it took about 45 minutes for her to sort out the problem and enter my reservation in the system. Fortunately, the room with the roll-in shower was available. I asked the front desk how often the room would be cleaned. Really, we just needed to have the wastebaskets emptied, fresh towels, and more toilet paper. I was told the room would be cleaned every other day. It wasn't. So I called the front desk and said we really needed to the room cleaned, and on our third day, they did, but they removed the toilet paper altogether, so we had none! The front desk did send someone up to give us towels and toilet paper when we requested it, but we shouldn't have had to keep calling.

Nice hotel in an awful area. Homeless people all around, train station next door, parking expensive and horrible, a fight right outside the hotel front door during check in, outside noise heard from in room, fight and partying on our floor, etc. We got out the next day. The room itself and hotel looked newly renovated.

We were told at check in that we could have a late check out the following morning at noon. The staff knocked on the door at 11:10, and then proceeded to call to tell ua we had 15 minutes to get out. They were incredibly rude. This was my second time staying here, first stay was much better, but we will not be back or use Home 2 Suites again.

We arrived early in the morning and couldn't get early check in. I had two little kids and wanted to get them to the room as soon as possible and the person at front desk kept telling me that check in was at 4. They didn't do anything to try and get us in to a room before that. The hotel was good in everything else besides the staff not even attempting to assist in getting us a room before 4pm.

I really like this property - the location, the overall condition of the building, friendly staff. However, improvements definitely need to be made in the housekeeping department. I can understand the service only every other day, but when I would have to inquire at the desk whether they were still coming at 5 pm on the days service was supposed to be provided. this was too much. The toom was cleaned well when and if they arrived. The solution as i see it is hiring more workers. I stayed nine days. I used to stay at Hampton Inn (another Hilton brand). Housekeeping service there was much better

We had the best stay! My daughter left her MacBook in our room. When we discovered this we were almost home. However, Matthew Harrison saved the day! He was able to package it and send it back to us! We couldn’t appreciate more!!!!! Love the good luck in school sticky note!!!!
