Door to pool broke and staff commented that it had been like that for some time. Had to get staff each time you wanted to enter pool.

I am an IHG guy. However, the Holiday Inn express had no vacancies, (even though I am diamond elite.) so I had to find another place. There was a nice looking hotel across the street, called Brookstone, I went there and found it to be a hidden gem. This hotel and its staff goes above, and beyond the extra mile for me, as I was in need of a charging place for a Tesla. accommodated me and upgraded my room for free. Highly recommended! Star and Chris were both fantastic! Will definitely stay there again.

This was a very clean property and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, they had everything from waffles to eggs and cereal. I would stay there again. For the money very nice.

So far I’m happy with my stay. First room’s climate control wasn’t functioning, but front desk manager ran a key up for a new room quickly and that one was great. Would like to see more cardio equipment in fitness room, but it’s decent.

The hotel was brand new and very clean. The room was very spacious and super clean. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed clean shower and towels. There is a pool and work out room that are great. There is also an entertainment center behind the hotel that has games, golf for kids, etc.
