Staff was extremely helpful. Asked multiple times if we needed something or help in any way.Room was clean, up to date, and well maintained. We were happy with our room and would return. Continental breakfast included self-serve scrambled eggs, sausage links, toasted bread/bagels, waffle/pancake station, cold & hot cereals, coffee, multiple juice choices. Do note room entry is from a door off the parking lot and not from an indoor. Only con: the cleaning products used to clean the room left a noticeable fragrance. This was a minor thing but worth noting for people who may be sensitive to the fragrances. Recommend this motel.

What was to like? The manager or whoever at the front desk when we checked in talk as if he's always right. Television didn't work right and he told me someone would be there in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I called back and that same manager proceeded to tell me how I was wrong and that he never said 15 minutes. Then told me his maintenance guy was out shopping and he'll be there when he can. When the maintenance guy showed up, he saw the problem and fixed it however, instead of let me move everything off the table 1st was ready to proceed gluing stuff together, and all with all my clothes, and all underneath the TV. I actually had to tell him to stop so I can get my clothes out of there, and then he proceeded to step up onto the table in his bare feet and thought that this was a good idea;to me it was disgusting. Then, as he was leaving, made some sort of comment about taking a shower. I don't care if he takes a shower or not. Feet do not belong on tables… Especially bare feet. The breakfast?… Other than making your own waffles, the eggs aren't spectacular, there's no condiments for the eggs, and there was stuff in the drinks. It was a place to stay, it was close by, and we gave it a shot. I will never take a shot like that again. AND.... they better not charge me for any."incidentals."that they said in case we ruined the property. We were there about 10 hours just asleep.

Very friendly, quiet and a place to lay our heads after a long day of traveling. Felt very safe, very reasonably priced. Clean rooms. If you are looking for fancy this isn’t it. They decided to put us underneath the absolute worst humans on the planet. We were in room 110. I wish I could upload a video here so you can hear what these people were doing over our heads for hours at a time. it was like being in an ol, uninsulated apartment. It was so bad we felt like the property owner put us there on purpose. There were no othe cars out front, we asked to be moved but they were "full". We ended up leaving in the middle of the night because there was no way we were getting any sleep. Thanks for ruining the start of my year

This is a very " no frills" property. The room and area was very clean. The bed was firm and appeared to be new. On site parking was easy. On the down side, the room design was problematic around the bathroom with awkward spacing of the sink area and toilet/shower room causing traffic problems. Overall i was satisfied with the property and would use it again for a short stay where you wouldn't be in the room too much.

The owners were very friendly and helpful upon check in . The room was clean and spacious!! Great price for a great room and contential breakfast. Also was in a great location for our tournament plus shopping and restaurants in the area were fabulous! Refused room by rude, lazy (left me standin @ door for almost 10 mins in cold & dark alone, midnight). Unwilling to accept FULLY PAID Expedia reservation bec was w/out credit card. Explained calmly was bec switching banks. Literally begged for room for safety sake bec shouldn’t drive more, traveling alone long distance middle of night. He even refused to notify Expedia so wouldn’t be charged for nonexistent hotel stay. I slept in car, cold, scared & extremely disgusted by inhumane treatment. Never again!! Going back to Mom & Pop motels & will reserve directly if that is what it takes to be treated civilly. I wasn’t asking for a hand out - it was PAID IN FULL THROUGH EXPEDIA! I could have gone to bank in a m but he wouldn’t consider ANY flexibility or compassionate reasoning offer.

This temporary transection will be released on 2023-10-16 upon inspection of room.Fact of the matter is you did not care to read your reservation message and you where not having credit card to cover incidental.
