My only regret is that 0 stars is not an option. The property needs major room renovations. The list of things that don’t work is long and the room smell is repulsive. Second floor occupants should be careful because based on the sound volume below, I suspect the floor/ceilings are made of paper. I realize it’s a very old property and owners may not have the resources for improvement, but until that happens, this is a 1 star property at best.

The property was disgusting and nasty. There were unidentifiable stains, dirt/mold, chipped paint and a gamut of other things. The linens weren’t clean and they appeared to need additional service staff. The rooms were small and could be accessed without a keycard. The rooms and lobby looked nothing like the online pictures. The lobby was dirty as well. Crumbs a the floor that remained from one day to the next. If we had an option to go elsewhere we would have. Unfortunately there were other events in town which prohibited our ability to go elsewhere. Thankfully, I brought some linen, towels and cleaning supplies with me. Imagine driving for several hours, and upon arrival you then have to glove up and clean a hotel room you’re supposed to be a guest in! Absolutely terrible experience! I wish I could give negative stars!!

It says it’s a hotel, but it’s actually a motel. No continental breakfast. The remodel looks nice inside the rooms and outside too! It was an easy check-in and out. Pet- friendly- there’s an area to take your pets to the bathroom but they were out of bags (we brought our own).

Very poor repairs made on many damaged areas- Hire better Quality craftsmen! Bathroom with no surface area for things, , no hooks. Very misleading, false pictures in reservation materials

The mattresses themselves were in good shape but there was no bottom sheet, just the mattress protector. The bathroom is old and not the most clean I’ve seen. Whole place is obviously just old and needs some updates, but for a one night quick stay, it wasn’t terrible.

Reception was by far rude. Wouldn't look me in the eye at all as she was checking me in. I stoped her and let her know for the amount I'm paying for my stay 3 night stay the least thing she can do is look at her guests as she speaks.

Not a bad stay overall. The rooms are a little small, and we were missing some things like our toilet paper holder being broken, but we didn’t expect much knowing this was just a step above a Motel 6. Would stay again but don’t go into it expecting a 5 star hotel.

This property was ok. I know the price we paid was inflated for graduation. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the rain shower head was nice. The carpets need replacement (I think there were pieces of gum in ours), there was no extra toilet paper, no tissues, we didn’t have enough towels and unfortunately a coat of paint doesn’t disguise the fact that the property needs some serious updating.

Unfortunately this is just a *slightly* upgraded Motel 6/Super 8 level hotel that charges $200 for a room. Same Route 66 location across from the train as the rest and the same tiny rooms. Disappointed.

We were stuck under the stairs. Noisy people running up and down. Bed was below average. Smallest room we have stayed in. Two people could not walk around the room at the same time. No counter space.

Floor in our room was so dirty walking on it for only 20 minutes made the bottom of our feet pitch black. The door had a huge gap under the door that the heater was running constanly all night.

The room was small but manageable. Clean. Some oil spots on sheets but no biggie. My biggest concern was seeing the large plastic guard between you and the staff. Maybe leftover from Covid but it had lots of signs saying you’re on camera and they can refuse serves any time. I felt afraid to stay there. Seeing contractors sitting by their cars smoking made me worried as well.
