Older property but super clean and staff was really pleasant. I was surprised at how expensive it was for a motel but I was there for an event at U. Of Arkansas. It is easy to get to the university from this location.

Overly priced, electrical outlets not working, lights some working some not, RUST on the clothes rack, hear water running thru the pipes from upstairs, NOT MUCH OF ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY, last time to stay in a DAYS INN, should get a REFUND!!!

Having paid $150 well in advance for a room, I didnt expect the same quality as a cheap motel that you'd pay $60 for. The images make the place seem more "luxury" than they really are. Our floors were soaking wet and smelled like bleach and stayed that way all the way till we checked out the next morning, there were chunks taken out of the door frames from people dogs and then badly painted over, the people at the desks asked us literally 5 times to leave a good review which was very off-putting. As a positive, It had a pretty decent breakfast., but thats really about it. If they dropped the price down to half it may be a decent place to stay, but for only $50 more you could rent at some of the nicest hotels in the city.

This is an old property that has been remodeled very cheaply. It’s basically a motel 6. If you’re good with that you’ll be fine with this. The bed was super hard and old.

Well kept and clean. Don’t like the $50 fee which is actually a damage deposit but the motel doesn’t do a walk through with you before and after as is done when renting an apartment. Fox guarding the chicken coop arrangement. Absolutely beautiful roses around the property.

Pretty sure my pillowcases were already used. They had what looked like makeup all over them. Had no ice bucket or coffee pot. But had coffee? Breakfast is just waffles. Towels were clean I think but had brown streak satins on them.

The staff was very nice. The room was aged and there was a little dirt in corners of bathroom. Beds were good. It was was noisy both nights. Sounds like a bowling alley upstairs. It may be plumbing pipes. Location was good and convenient. Breakfast was limited, but that was clear in advance. Coffee maker in room did not work. Coffee in lobby was good. Over all not a bad stay. We would stay again. There is a $50.00 deposit. The nice man who checked us in said we would receive it back in a few days after check out.

My cousin and I has spent a lot of time on the road and we have spent a lot of times in hotels and I have to say that this decent was above and beyond the best. I was so excited when I saw the room. This was the 2nd Days Inn we stayed at in AR. This one had a decent check-in however i booked this online and it didnt tell me there was a 50$ cleaning/theft deposit. When i arrived, they asked for it. When i stated i wasnt informed of this i was told" we cant control what3rd party booking sites say."...hmmm. ok. The room was tolerable. Smelled cleaner (bleachy) unlike the other that was smoke smell. Shower had awesome hot water and pressure. New toilet too! Bed was ehh. Spring mattress, not as comfy but was ok. Here's the bad: about 30 min into the room a loud "fireworks going off in a covered metal pot noise" started. It would be noisy for about 2-5min then stop. Then would start again 10-15 min later. This lasted for about an hr which then hubby was g9nna call front desk but it didnt happen then. We fell asleep. It woke me up at least 3x (i wear ear plugs and it went thru it.) In morning was still doing it. Thinking it was steam/hot water related. At checkout we mentioned it to staff. He stated would report it to mechanical but no one else had said anything to him (highly doubtful) and he didnt hear it when doing our room inspection. My guess is this is not something that can be repaired and u should stay away from 214 area. Its loud and annoying!

overnight stay
staff was friendly, but the room was not in good shape. the bathroom had touch up work all over that had not been painted, there was also debris on the floor by the desk that had not been cleaned up well. The bathroom counter also was not well cleaned. Also, the hotel is close to the Interstate (I49) and the windows do a horrible job of keeping out the traffic noise. On the positive side the bed was clean and extremely comfortable.

Easy to extend stay for a few more days due to uncertain schedule. Staff has been responsive to requests. Floors are not carpet so they're cleaner but slippery in wet/snowy weather. Location is convenient to Fayetteville and UA. Would stay here again if I needed to. A better Continental Breakfast would be a nice plus.
