Place was beautiful!! My husband and I had a great time! Beach was beautiful 😍!!! Enjoyed Pepe's jerk chicken, delicious! We knew the place didn't have shade, so we bought beach umbrellas before we came down. By the afternoon, the sun goes down behind the building. Loved doing the yoga and aqua aerobics near the pool. Hotel was beautiful and clean, staff was nice and friendly. Loved the water slides, they were fun! The one thing, was that it was hard to get reservations for all the restaurants. We ate at 2 and the rest were booked. Steakhouse was meh, but absolutely loved Napoli (Italian restaurant), that was awesome! All in all, we would definitely come back!!

The property is really nice. There’s multiple pools, multiple bars, restaurants, etc. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. The rooms are really nice as well. All the food was great. We only ate at Napoli and the buffet, as all other restaurants were booked, but the buffet has an amazing variety to choose from. That brings me to my only two issues. 1: while the process makes sense, you need to book restaurants after you check in, I immediately went to book and the only availability was one restaurant, Sunday night (we arrived Friday afternoon). This is fine, early bird gets the worm, I suppose, but they should have a standby policy. The restaurants also didn’t appear to be at capacity. Possible limited seating due staffing issue. The other issue is the available ocean. The section roped off is limited in size, and within that section is a lot of patches of moss, seaweed, rocks, and sea urchins. Even with that, we were able to spend a lot of time in the water though. Just be careful. A huge plus was the inclusion of water activities with your stay. We did the peddle boats, but we saw others in canoes, snorkeling, etc. The nightly shows were really, really good, and the drinks were excellent. Overall, I’d rate the experience a 4.5 out of 5. Losing half a point for not being able to get into an additional restaurant, and the limited ocean access. I’d go back, for sure.

Hotel was beautiful as it is a brand new location. There were three pools for the adults and one for the kids with amazing slides. The food was really good at the buffet. I only got to eat at two out of the four restaurants. The Italian was amazing. The Asian was OK Would recommend booking dinner reservations as soon as you download the app and arrive. The drinks were good. The bartenders were friendly not much food to eat in the sports bar and as many people have said the area around the pool is extremely slippery. we watched three people fall in a matter of two days and One girl really injured herself. The hotel is about 35-40 minutes from Montego Bay airport. I would recommend staying there no nightlife. It’s definitely more of a family resort.
