Room was clean. Beds are comfortable. Towels were rough. Breakfast eggs seemed to be made from powder. The blueberry/acai/pomegranate juice was delicious!

The receptionist had difficulty finding our reservation because she thought our last name was our first name. The WiFi was challenging to connect with. Our room was just around the corner from the ice machine….quite noisy when people coming for ice and you could hear the machine filling.

Such a clean and well kept property …. Fresh cookies greeted us as we checked in…. Our room was spotless… beds so comfy …. And a yummy free breakfast the next morning …. Very pleased with our stay

There were quite a few stink bugs in our room! But that’s nothing we’re bothered with. Place is currently under construction for a nice update. Concierge was super sweet! Overall a great hotel!

Our room was not clean. There were “stink” bugs in the room. I killed three after 1 attacked my wife. She got dressed and walked to the desk to complain and they said there was nothing they could do as this is normal. I do not find that acceptable. Very dissatisfied with the Hampton inn at this location

Currently in our climate, this is the time they are out full force, and unfortunately there is no safe kill for them. We are doing our best in removing them from the rooms during the cleaning process, and sometimes, one could be missed. Renovation has much improved this updated facility. Spotlessly clean, great breakfast bar. Upscale service might consider offering wine and light dinner. Parking spaces are tight and need flanking handicap parking at side door entrance sharing a common cross hatch area for ramp access which would also serve as walk way to door. Need curb cuts for wheelchair access.

Clean and comfortable
Facility is currently undergoing a renovation, although this did not affect our stay. It was clean, comfortable and the employees were friendly and helpful. I had not stayed at a Hampton Inn for approximately 5 years. I was a little disappointed in the variety and quality of the food available for breakfast.

I am sorry I am just now getting back to you, I was out of town for a few days for a family function. Unfortunately, the information you were given about the stink bugs is correct. There is no safe chemical to use on them, I hope you believe when I say they are a pest, and I will be glad when the snow starts - they hate cold and leave. They can flatten out and basically get in anywhere and you can really only catch then in a tissue and dispose of them that way. We have been advised to not use the vacuum cleaners on them because of 1. the smell, and 2. they ruin the filters. They are a staple of nature in this area in the fall and I am glad when they leave as well. Please rest assured I will use your review as feedback and training material with our staff. I do hope you will give our chain another chance to serve you with your lodging needs.

It looked clean in our room but the bathtub clogged up while the shower was on and then we were infested with ants ! Literally ants EVERYWHERE by morning. We had to throw a bunch of stuff in the bathtub and leave immediately because it was so bad!!

Bedding is not as good as last stay. The bed is a little uneven, lower at the centre. Bed sheets are not set up properly. Asked for a firm pillow and was not available. The pillows are too soft for us. The hair conditioner pump wasn’t working. Staff members are nice, especially the lady looking after the morning breakfast. She’s so helpful and nice.

Fairmont astay
The hotel is amazing but the need new beds. Both of out queen beed were so hard. It was like aleeping on ply wood. Evrything els was great. Clean and fresh.

No room at the Inn
After driving a very long 9 hours we arrive at Hampton Inn, where we are told, “I’m sorry, but we have overbooked and have no rooms.” We made this reservation several days in advance so we would be able to get some rest upon arrival. Instead we had to go looking at other hotels for a spare room. Finally found one at Holiday Inn, no thanks to Hampton.

Showed up to check in and they told me we didn't have a room. No explanation, just that they didn't have one for us even though we had a reservation and confirmed it. Was advised to go to the Holiday Inn instead which was quite nice.
