Good Price for the Neighborhood
This was a good location for our needs, and a lovely neighborhood. The drive up was beautiful but a bit dicey, due to all the curves and turns, but maps got us there. Our issue was not knowing exactly how to find the unit. Esp in the dark. It’s a “daylight” cottage, which would have helped us find it. (looks like it’s half buried in the ground from the back). It was well outfitted with lots of goodies and foods, coffee, and tools. We utilized the kitchen, the bed comfortable. Quite clean. However, former moisture issues did leave a “dank” smell, and it was a bit humid inside. One bedroom room was so full of dog odor, we could hardly stay at all. Only by leaving that door closed tight could we stay at all…both being allergic to dogs. We thought since dogs weren’t allowed, it would be a clear space for us. Unfortunate for us.

Cute little house
We would stay here again. Reasonably priced. Nice quiet neighborhood. I inquired about an iron and ironing board as I was in town for a wedding. I found the board but never found the iron. I ended up borrowing an iron.

Was a great quiet place. Had a few things that i didnt like. The bedsheet on couch was dirty that my son was going to sleep on and lots of food and stuff under couch. So that really didnt make me too happy for that. The beds were too firm for me and I woke up with backache both days. Sleep number bed didnt seem to help much. I would bring a mat and air mattress and own linens if stayed there again. I loved that is was close to the beach. We didnt need any of the spices or other little things there but was nice to see if needed. I would recommend staying.

A great place to stay. Our family of 4 was comfortable Clean and well stocked on everything we needed. It was nice to be able to cook and wash clothes on our stay. Very quiet, felt safe. We needed a place to stay because of damage to our property from the recent storm. The owner went above and beyond to help us reserve the property on short notice, had amazingly responsive communication and offered help and support. The property was great and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place!

Well-stocked home in a great neighborhood
This place was an absolute blessing... we stayed here for a whole month and this little house had everything we needed (even fish sauce and bath salts!). We used everything and it all worked well -- coffee maker, toaster oven, Roku TV, vacuum, you name it. Aaron was easy to communicate with and we lacked nothing during the stay. The best part was the amazing neighborhood -- I could go for a run through forest park or down by Rucker Mansion where I can see both the Cascades and the Olympics! I would definitely come back here if I stay in Everett again.

Exactly as advertised

Lovely little cottage
This was a lovely little cottage that is nicely decorated and well kept. It had everything we needed except our own food. It is just up the hill from downtown Everett with lots of things relatively close by.

Quiet retreat
This was tricky to find but cozy once we settled in. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the Forest Park loop trail and the local restaurants.

Excellent experience at 3904 Federal Ave In Everett
My Wife, 17 month old toddler and I needed a longer term accommodation while settling in the PNW after a decade long stay in the Middle East. At first we thought of staying at one of the pricey commercial hotels that provided some sort of small cooking area, and then we ran into the VRBO ad for this cottage. After reading the reviews we made up our mind and reserved the place for 30 days. We were not disappointed. Aron and his family are extremely helpful and attentive landlords. One of the selling points was that Aaron installed a small washer and dryer which really clinched the deal for us. During a three day snow emergency in January Aaron also made sure we had all necessities on hand as well as offering to take us in at the main house in the event of a power failure. The cottage, albeit a bit small, especially when one arrives with seven suitcases and subsequently receives a 800# express household goods shipment, has everything we needed, wanted, and more. We like it so much that we extended our stay for another 30 days. We highly recommend this place! Thank you Aaron and family.

This little cottage was perfect for our stay! It's located in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was very clean, the beds comfy, and the electric fireplace made it so cozy. Everything was very well stocked - including coffee & creamer, Kleenex, and toiletries. (All the things I normally forget to grab before checking in!) Aaron was very responsive, and allowed us to check in early. This was a HUGE deal for us, as we had been up half the night traveling with a 3-month-old. Everything was awesome, and we will definitely stay again!

What a treat
I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. What a cute little place and the pictures don't do it justice. It has a nice electric fireplace in the Livingroom and there are cute details you will appreciate throughout the house. I particularly liked all the details in decorating and the cleanliness. The place looks to have been newly remodeled with new floors, countertops etc. I didn't have to think of a thing as it was well stocked with everything from newer dishes, pots & pans to shampoo, conditioner and cream and sugar! The beds are quite nice and aside from me not knowing how to select the right sleep number for the bed (operator error) it was great that they have invested so much to have a top of the line, sleep number mattress in the main bedroom. Much effort has been put into this little cottage to make guests feel comfortable and it shows-- and for such a fair price! The owner Aaron was fantastic, polite and attentive! We had everything we needed and he consistently provided all the information before I had to ask! We will definitely stay here again when we come to the area. This will be our little spot! Thanks Aaron!

Karin and her family were excellent guests. She communicated well. They were quiet and respectful of the neighborhood and property. They cleaned up nicely after themselves. They are welcome back anytime. I would recommend them to any host.
