Rooms were clean. Excellent in that area. Side door never worked to let you in. Had to use the front door when going to the vehicle. That’s my only complaint. Rest was good

Extremely friendly staff and we were able to check in early. Although not a ton of restaurants around, the ones that are here are excellent. Katana for sushi and an Asian fusion restaurant next door were both amazing.

I stayed when I went to an event at the Angel of the Winds Arena. It was a 4 block walk to and from the Arena with a lot of inclines both ways. There was a homeless person/s in the bushes at Lowe's that yelled at me a block away from getting to the hotel. Other than that it was a great overnight. Convenient and clean. The outdoor hot tub was on and the breakfast was great. I would do it again.

Continental breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed the hot tub. The property was overall a bit dated but clean and the staff moderately friendly.

I really liked the hallways that went up and down, the low ceilings, and the carpet. Made me feel like I was in the Shining. HaHa:) It was clean, conveniently located, and reasonably priced. Would stay again.

The place is amazing, the only thing i didnt like is that my neighbor were smoking Marijuana in their room that when they open their door the smell would come out in the hallway and even my room coz there's gap at the bottom of the door.

The hotel is outdated and was undergoing painting when we arrived. It had an odd smell, throughout, including the room. Our TV and remote did not work. When we asked for help, the gentleman at the front desk was less than interested in helping us. We asked if they had any idea how to fix the tv, he said “No” and then claimed we had no other options. We also asked for extra pillows/blankets and had to go get them ourselves. “You can come get them.” The pillows had no pillowcases… gross. The curtains in our room has cigarette burns all over. Overall, although it appeared clean, it did not feel it. I would NOT recommend and I would NOT stay here again.

Some of the things I liked: Clean rooms, helpful staff (they made suggestions where to go in the Seattle area), complete and delicious breakfast. Definitely a good, decent quality hotel in the Everett area. I would consider staying in again in the future.

This place was not what was shown in the pictures!! It’s a 2 star Motel at best!!! I could have stayed at the Marriott or at the Holiday Inn for the same price, which are way nicer!!! There are drug addicts and homeless all around, the lobby, hall ways were very outdated, and worn. Upon entering the room, it stunk like sweaty feet, and vomit. It had a really old TV, a weird shaped residential toilet from the 80’s. One of the sinks would spray water out at you. The walls hadn’t been painted in probably 2 decades, the popcorn ceiling was dirty, the swing hinge door lock was broken, the walls in the bathroom was bubbled from water damage, the mattress was old and cheap, and all the furniture was extremely outdated. This place is nothing but a ran down Motel!! This is a legit unbiased review.

Staff and overall cleanliness were good. Breakfast decent. But outside had some issues like human feces along the parking lot with toilet paper. Wasn’t given a receipt for expedited checkout. Went to the desk and told they provide receipts because I booked through Expedia. Which means I had to follow up with my credit card to make sure $100 holding fee???? Was credited. Still in that process. Not a good value for the money. Lots of other hotels in the area that seem nicer for same price.

Room was very clean. Hard to control the room temperature. Bed seemed old and worn. Small old tv with no hd. Ceiling leaked by the elevator. Needs renovation done to it. Very nice and friendly staff.

We were in the room 120 and 130 section and it smelled disgustingly like urine and animal feces. They had Glade PlugIn air freshners in the hallways, which didnt help. The area needs tonbe shampooed and sanitized. Also, someone kept propping open the back door which is a safety issue.

Staff were nice and quickly checked me in. Property was pretty clean. Found there to be a bit of a maze to find the elevator. Building construction going on at adjacent property was pretty noisy early in the morning. Close to food and downtown. Overall, I’d stay again.

Nice place, eeds a few updates
The customer service was great, the room was good. The shower sucked, it was shaking and .aking loud noises. We tried to turn it off and on again, and letting it run. You could hear the pipes vibrating in tbe walls. But overall it was nice, breakfast was good.
