My first time in Eureka Springs. Room was clean and quaint. Has a cozy feel to it. Bed is a 12” memory foam mattress and I got the best sleep! Easy motorcycle access. Check in was super easy, the gal at the desk was very sweet. We will be visiting again!

Staff was super friendly. Very clean rooms. Microwave, coffee pot, and mini fridge were nice to have. Only inconvenience was that there was no room cleaning or replenishment of towels,coffee, soap or shampoo and it was by request only. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it.

The gentleman who checked us in was so pleasant, explained everything we needed to know. It was in a nice area with plenty to do or 30 minutes or less away. Plan to stay there again if we make it back out that way.

Cannot recommend based on our stay
The front desk clerk was all business at first, but by the time we left she was much friendlier. When we told her the lock on our door was broken, she had someone in to fix it the following morning. They were booked solid, so she could not move us to a different room. Honestly, that mattress was insufficient even for a junkyard dog. No lie. The entire bed was sunken to the middle with all of the springs poking through the mattress; I think an injury I woke up with was due to a spring poking through my flesh. Note: This area is very popular with bikers. Bikers who like to rev their motorcycle engines.

Nice Place to Stay
This is great place to stay and I would recommend. Check in was easy and front desk man was very personable. The room was very basic and met our needs. Was close to the Passion Play and downtown Eureka Springs. The only complaint I have is concerning the mattress. It felt like a completely coil based mattress and I prefer the memory foam type. So personal preference really. Other than that I really don't have any complaints.

We'll stay there again! The room was immaculate. Comfortable bed. Sheets, pillows and towels were nice enough to be enjoyable (not super cheap). We were a late check-in, and the room had been aired out, lights and TV turned on, ready and welcoming.

Good price. Clean rooms. Pool did close earlier than posted. Breakfast ended at 9:00 am on the weekend. Other than those 2 things, overall good stay.

Looks nice from the exterior but the interior is extremely outdated and poorly done. The staff is not very respective and rude at times That is reference to the manager or owner. Not sure. I will never stay there again
