We mostly enjoyed our stay. The managers were very accommodating, and went above expected when our car battery died and needed a jump.Thank you. We loved the tub, and having a balcony, however the doorway to the balcony was nearly falling off and door kept getting jammed. The jacuzzi was very clean,however the area around it was covered in a bunch of dead flys and ladybugs. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. The area is nice but the property needs some upkeep. Also, no breakfast as stated online, poor coffee and cold coffee the next day. The ice machine was also broken.

Weekend Get Away!
First time staying here. The walls are thin, our neighbors were incredibly loud. At times they were so loud I thought they were in our room. The breakfast area was not very big and could not accommodate more than 5 people at a time. The rooms were clean, and no bugs were found. The mattresses were not very comfortable, but nothing that 4 ibuprofen wouldn't fix. Overall, it served its purpose.

Everything was great until we got into the room… I’m sorry, but your hotel has roaches… and I don’t know anybody that’s a fan of roaches… Besides, finding a few of them… And getting our stuff off the ground, where we wouldn’t take any home with us… And breakfast, which was very late because they had too many extension cords plugged up to the toaster, microwave and stuff… Power blew…. Besides that it was just all right.

Plan ahead enough so you never have to stay here!
They asked me to write a review so I’ll tell you why I’d never ever stay there again. This place is soo old, nothing and I mean nothing has been updated/renovated. We stayed in a “romantic” suite bc that’s all that was available. Not sure how or why they call it romantic, there are 4 of those rooms and they are on the inside of the hotel above the lobby which is so weird, every time you come in/out there is someone staring at you. They had jacuzzi tubs but we did not use ours bc looking at everything else being old and run down I can’t imagine why kind of bacteria is lurking in those jets. The sink for the bathroom is located outside and around from the bathroom near the bed which was so weird. Also the entire room is carpet including right next to the jacuzzi, so gross. Wood is broken along the base of jacuzzi and tile/grout is cracked. I couldn’t stop sneezing all weekend, no telling how dirty the carpet really is. The wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling and the walls stained, the bath towels are so small you can’t even wrap it around your body. My husband opened the drawer in his nightstand and found a dead cockroach inside. My drawer was broken and coming apart. All the other drawers I saw had roach bait along the side in the back corners. Writing this gives me the heebeegeebees again. There was nowhere to charge your phone, I had to unplug a light just to charge it. Also the place is owner by an Indian family that I think lives in the same building but they were always

Great Jacuzzi Suite
Jacuzzi was fantastic! Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. There was a lot of nouse around our room from the laundry next door but nothing too bad. Would definitely stay here again.

I found dirty socks beside the nightstand. There wasn’t a shower curtain liner and the cloth one they had was way to long so it was under your feet. Room 112 has bed bugs. The neighbors dog was barking all the time. The breakfast had to be eaten in the check in area with limited seating, no taking the food (my bagel was molded) back to your room. The staff were ok but the hotel needs a lot of work.

When traveling to Eureka, many of the hotels are a lot older and it's likely they are all in this condition, but here is my review for this hotel. On the outside it is clean and well maintained. Our room was a suite with a jacuzzi on the 3rd floor. When in the jacuzzi my husband noticed something came out of the jets...I convinced him it was just lent. While sitting there, the floor popped a couple of times and I could just imagine falling 3 floors and landing in someones room - without a stitch of clothing. We abandoned that idea got out. The floor from the jacuzzi slanted, actually the entire room did. My husband rolled to me all night, from the slant of the room. The flooring in the bathroom may have had mold under the linoleum floor. There wasnt a plastic liner for the shower, which is probably the reason for the mold. The living area didn't have electrical outlet covers and the base on the cabinet had water damage - which is directly in front of the bathroom. There was an extra blanket for the pull out couch, it had a hole in it. The top landing had a joist that wasn't even attached to the beam, it had come unscrewed at some point. Needless to say, it was a great disappointment in the condition of the place. It does look clean from the outside, but it definitely use some upgrades and overhauls!

Contacting the hotel is difficult; before I could enter the entire reference number the system cut in saying the number was wrong and it hung up --4 times. Given a maid service/do not disturb door card when checking in we asked for maid service on the second & third days. The result was no service and the card was turned around. Finally on the fourth day we had service. The soap bars will only last one day & no tissues or phones provided. The place was clean.

The employees (I think they may be the owners) we’re extremely friendly. When I had locked myself out of the room after office hours, the staff was so friendly and didn’t seem to be bothered. Very quaint little hotel, I would stay here next time I’m in the area.
