"I stayed with my family for 3 nights. Nice hotel in the country side which is good for relaxing and piece of mind. Very friendly staff who is willing to do the extra step to go further beyond your expectations. The lady who manages the hotel is very nice and even upgraded us free of charge to enjoy our stay. Everyone is amazing and lots of nice facilities (pool, bowling, courts …). Efficient service and great food. I highly recommend the place and I would defiantly return if I get the chance....

"Now this was totally unexpected. I am originally from Pernitz, about 20 or so km from Wiener Neustadt, but live in Los Angeles. On this trip from the USA to Austria we were visiting friends in Ljubljana, and after arriving in Vienna we had planned to spend the night in Wiener Neustadt instead of Vienna to cut the trip to Ljubljana the next day shorter. "The room was excellent value for money. It was clean with a great shower and comfortable bed. It had nice touches like a make-up mirror and a nespresso machine. Very handy for Vienna Hauptbahnhof and it had a nice bar area too. Didn't try the breakfast as there were so many places nearby to eat."
