When they say this property was remodeled it is true and they did a wonderful job on the remodel. . This is conveniently located to I-79, tons of shopping and restaurants and also the Bayfront area which is a beautiful area that I knew was there until I was invited to lunch while in town. The staff is excellent from the time I checked in to the tie I checked out everyone was very polite and professional. The breakfast was very good and fresh with a wide variety of items. Great Job Springhill Suites.
Both individuals were friendly at the front desk. In our first room, the shower wasn’t clean so they switched us to a room on the first floor. I like the first floor because I parked right next to the side door and was able to enter and exit without any problems. Overall, it was a good stay and I will definitely stay there again.

Overall a great stay, however the most annoying thing is how the sheets that are supposed to be under and on top of the comforter seem smaller that the comforter itself. I don't understand why hotels in the US are using this system with 2 individual sheets for the comforter instead of using a duvet cover that could be more easily put on and removed, washed and more hygienic as you wouldn't end up covering yourself with a comforter that doesn't get washed after each guest. No hotel that is using this idiotic system will get 5 star reviews from me.

Everything was very clean the room was perfect for the four of us, the night we went there were a ton of kids so the pool area was a bit over crowded and very rowdy but other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

The hotel entrance is nice and well kept. The pull out bed was not very comfortable, it was a flat mattress and the bedding was not comparable to what was on the other 2 beds which were very comfortable. The blanket for the pull out was like sand paper. The shower is lacking proper upkeep, the shower head needs to be changed or at least soaked in vinegar. The breakfast was nice I was expecting continental but was pleasantly surprised with the many tasty options.

There was an overwhelming pot smell through the vents into our bathroom in the morning. We could also hear people talking.

Our stay was phenomenal; The only thing is that when you have children in your room, they run and make a lot of noise and it doesn't allow you to rest. It would be very great if when people with children go to stay, they are guided so as not to run around the room.

Room had great layout, nice finishes, and relaxing.

could not check in as there systems were down, one elevator was not working and the other one was very shaky. Got to our room and the bed skirt was half off the bed only some of the lights were working. Went to the pool and it was freezing, pool heater was broke. Not too sure if I would stay here again. I have stayed here several times before and was happy, that is why I booked it again this time. I have also stayed at other hotels in this area and I believe I will go back to them. So unfortunate!

Our room had some minor issues. The curtain was coming off the track. The bathroom ceiling had rust spots all over it and I even saw "hair" on the ceiling. The coffee pot had to be "played" with several times to get it to work. Our friends in the next room had no kleenex in the holder and no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. The holder was broken off the wall. It was ok otherwise, could use some TLC

We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and were pleased with our stay. This time, I can not say the same. We paid for a room and had a toilet not working. We told the front desk twice and Sunday morning were told we had to wait until 9am for the maintenance man to come. Why weren’t we given a different room? Why wasn’t this made right? We still paid full price for a room with a non working toilet. This is unacceptable. And the elevators were not working. No big deal, but found that to be a concern too.

Nice place to stay. Good breakfast that’s well stocked even if busy.
Our first night was very noisy. There was hours of heavy footsteps. The ceiling was also creaking with all of their movements. This happened in the evening and morning. I checked with the front desk and they told me the room above did check out. We didn’t have a noise problem the next two nights. All of your staff was so friendly & polite. This us our second stay there and we will return.

First ever review. This was a top notch hotel for me and my kids. We were in the area for splash lagoon. This was easy booking, clean rooms, 24hr laundry, pool open, and wonderful breakfast to top it off. I would stay here again, and again. Thank you

Depends on the room
The hotel was nice and in a decent location. Rooms were large and breakfast was good. Beds weren’t the greatest as in felt like my upper body was sinking in so that my feet were in the air. Also, my friends room had ample space around both beds plus two closets while ours only had one closet and the one bed was basically ontop of the heater.. we book the exact same rooms.
Overall it was a decent stay and we enjoyed our time.
