Unfortunately the AC was not working in the room. When I called the front desk was told that the maintenance would not be in until the next day, suggested to open windows. It was a very warm night with little sleep.

The room was very spacious and included a full fridge and freezer, kitchen, kitchen table, dining room table, living room area, desk, etc. A lot of open room. Four stars instead of five because of the annoying ticking/clicking sound coming from the locked appliance closet (located at the foot of the bed) nonstop, all night long. Turning the heat on helped drown it out, so I turned the temperature up and was able to fall asleep while the furnace was running. The hotel itself was quiet and the only time I heard any other guests was when two families came up from Splash Lagoon at closing time. There is a good variety of stores and restaurants nearby as well.

The hotel smelled like weed. The continental breakfast was below average for our hotel experiences. The night staff was very friendly but the morning staff was not nice. People crowded the main entrance to smoke and it made the whole foyer and entryway stink as well as forced us to walk out young children through a cloud of cigarette smoke to exit.

I have to start by saying that while our stay was hectic, the staff at the front desk were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The first room we were placed in, which was a 2 bedroom suite with 3 beds, we moved out of as the bath tubs did not work (we had booked specifically for the tubs and the 3 beds). The dish washer in that room was also broken and would turn on/off one it's own. Room 2; only 2 beds (not what I paid for) and the AC did not work! Room 3; one of the 2 tubs worked...but it was filthy and had fake eye lashes and the prior residents hair (not just from their head) all over the tub. The staff never batted an eye about providing us with a new room but it was quite a pain to repack and make sure nothing was missed especially with 2 kids in tow.

First of all, the staff is not friendly at all. Hardly spoke to us t throughout our 3 day stay. Asked for a printed receipt, couldn't accommodate because booked through Expedia she said. The main floor where you eat breakfast, the food was cold (eggs, sausage) and the carpet had not been vaccuumed for at least a few days(or ever) with crumbs and dirty. There were used contact lenses on the bathtub and you could tell it had not been very well cleaned from the previous visitors. The hot tub was the only plus, which truly was the only reason I booked this hotel vs others that did not have one but only pools. The vent on the wall around the hot tub was so fithy with dust and dirt(extreme). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning. It could be nice given the location but will need work (updating and cleaning)

Had a great time swimming in pool and hot tub. Free breakfast. Rooms were full suites with kitchenette, pull out sofa. Hotel attached to splash lagoon. Biggest issue was our rooms jacuzzi tub was stuck on and hummed loudly that we had to keep bathroom door closed.

I loved the pool area, very nice hot tub and pool. Wasn’t happy with the smell of the hallways and rooms, our room smelled like smoke and the hallway smelled like weed. There was also A LOT of noise from other rooms, not at the fault of the hotel, but it was unpleasant. The staff were very nice, we brought our dog and they were extremely kind and friendly with us and her.

The staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful! We were able to check-in early on a Wednesday. The hotel pool is great for kids. Very convenient to be attached to Splash Lagoon. Just go to the 1st floor and follow the sign for Splash Lagoon. The room kitchen is convenient. Full size stove and oven and dishwasher and full size fridge. The room had a TV in each bedroom and living room. Great size for my family of 3. Also had 2 washrooms and 2 showers/tubs. Very convenient for shopping along Peach Street. Only a few minute drive to Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx, and Dicks and the Mall. Free parking at the hotel is a nice benefit. We will definitely book here again in the future. The only downside is it is a bit outdated but it appears they are beginning to renovate certain areas to update it.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Late check in do to a dirty room. got bit by something SEVEN times on my hand toilet clogged took two phone calls to get a plunger up. People smoking pot all we could smell. Barely slept the two days we were there. The rooms LOOK nice b it they're so uncomfortable even the couch and chair.

The hotel needs some updating. The walls and ceiling are very thin and the room above us were constantly jumping and it sounded like they were going to fall through. The showers and bathrooms in general could have been cleaner. Beds were very comfortable!
