The amenities looked as though it could use a refresh. The room we were first assigned too was horrible. I tired to raise the temperature and then all of a sudden, the heater smelt as though it was burning. Thankfully the concierge gave us another room to stay in.

The premises is very quiet. Easy to navigate to from the airport. I do wish there was a bit more signage from the airport exit.
The pool is nice and warm and the staff are friendly.

We purposely chose this hotel because we used to receive free parking for travel… but apparently that changed. We will be going across the street, because they do provide free parking and shuttle service.
We did not receive a free shuttle service. We had to get an Uber.

The room was great, and had plug ins and usb ports by each bed, which is very convenient. The beds were very comfortable.

Convenient location to the airport after 23 hours of travel . We were able to have an early check in. The Cannery restaurant offered a varied menu selection and wine list. They also provide a take out service. Unfortunately it is not possible to take a bottle of wine up to your room. Perhaps related to the type of license .Great staff

Checked in at 6:00 pm our hall had plates of partially eaten food at a few doors, all still there at 7 am. many of the tables in the lobby restaurant / bar still had empty beer bottles and plates of food from the night before.

Excellent customer service from the moment you walk in. The restaurant staff was incredible and the whipped feta bruschetta is to die for! Just Wow.
