“Terrible!!!”

Upon arrival the room seemed fine. It was old, the drain in the sink and the shower were clogged and backed up whenever you used them and it was small but it seemed ok. We left for some time and came back after the room had been cleaned and my daughter said she saw a beetle under the pillow. The "beetle" just happened to be a roach. I killed it after it ran down the side of the bed and called the front desk. They asked that I bring the roach to the front desk so they would have proof for the exterminator. They then promised they would refund us for a nights stay. After getting back to Kansas City, I checked to see if there was a credit from the hotel and there was not. I called and they told me I would have to talk to someone at Expedia. Instead of offering to help solve the problem themselves, they had me do it. You couldn't pay me to stay at that hotel again!
