The rooms are outdated and the furniture is old & damaged. Expected a little more from a Caesar's hotel. Our bathroom floor needed mopping. We got to our room late & just wanted to go to bed and not deal with it.

Our room was not serviced between a two night visit: no coffee or extra towels. Service fee was not identified in pricing. It was subtracted from our damage deposit taken at check in.

Hotel and casino were super clean Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Slots at the casino paid off and drinks were inexpensive. Only negative is that the casino and hotel are a pretty long distance from each other.

The staff were very nice. The food was delicious and having a non-smoking room and half the casino floor was great. My husband and I are both allergic to smoke, so having that was wonderful. The only thing I would recommend for improvement is that they include some of the newer games that are located in the smoking section in the non-smoking section.

Did not like the fact that there was absolutely no type of room serving on a Wednesday evening 730 p.m. amd it took 5 phone transfers to come to that conclusion.

The property was nice! However, the staff was rude. Charged early check in fee and he says it’s close to the elevator for my elderly mom but he was not honest! Booked two rooms and they couldn’t put us in adjoining rooms. Don’t think I’ll go back to this place again!

Too much cigarette smoke, it’s everywhere. Nothing to do except drink and smoke. Elevators are dirty and run down looking. I chose the wrong place. My fault for choosing a casino.

The room i booked is not the room i received. When i asked for a room that i cooked i was told I'd have to compromise on bed size. Remote had dried puke on it. I just wanted what i booked. Not that outdated dusty mess.

The front desk staff were great. Room was clean, however… The pillows looked fluffy until you tried to lay on them and they flattened out terribly. The bottom layer of the bed was covered with a flat sheet, not a fitted, so it moved off the mattress pad all night. The top layer was a top sheet and a very thin comforter. Not comfortable at all. The casino itself allowed smoking , which I knew going into it, but I’ve never been in one with such a odor of cigarette smoke. There must not be air filtration system. I reeked of cigarette smoke after only a few hours. The slots were good, and did win a few times. The food options were minimal on a Thursday night, with only two options available to choose from, other than a very high priced restaurant, that wanted upwards of $75 a steak. Although we had a nice time, we left a night early because of the cigarette smell, and limited food options.
