very poor hotel, they say they serve breakfast from 5:30am to 10am and they didn't serve any hot food until 8am.
the breakfast is included but they say if you want hot food before 8am i need to order it and pay.
the hotel is under construction and very annoying they should mention that before customers make any reservation.
i'll never go back there again.

Staff was very helpful. Just a two minute walk across a pathway to the airport. I woke up at 4:30 and was in the airport by 4:45.

The staff was professional. The bathroom room was dirty. The toilet had not been cleaned. The shower was slow to drain. Ended up standing in water. The door to the room would stick. Had to push with body weight to close. It was close to the airport which was a plus. The hotel needs renovating. The restaurant food was okay, not great. The refried beans were hard on top, as if it had been sitting out for a while.

The room by the pool area smelled moldy and the hallways were dirty and stained. We got upgraded to a suite on the third floor, which was cleaned but at midnight the ceiling above the beds began leaking and we had to move to another room. This was the third room we stayed in at this hotel and the closet door was barely hanging from a corner. The pool hours are not convenient at all. It opens late and closes early and we couldn’t get in. This hotel needs lots of maintenance.

The a/c was out and we had to try to sleep with patio door open (it's an airport location so very loud and the strong winds blew sand in) The front desk didn't seem concerned. They just said that they don't have maintenance at night and didn't make a note for later or offer any type of discount for such an inconvenience

My experience was not good. The floor and room were dirty, the bathtub was clogged. I called front desk for a wake up call, and never received a call from them. Overall, The hotel price is expensive for what it is. I understand it is next to the airport, but I've stayed at better locations for the price I paid. I'll stay here for future stays for the airport if I have to, but I'll have my expectations low so I wont be disappointed next time. Sorry.

Shower was dirty and bed was broken moved to another room and lights didn’t work so moved to another room by the time we settled in it was 2 hrs later this does NOT feel like a Wyndham it’s a ghetto Wyndham so disappointing and so misleading from the website also the reason we booked the room was for the water park and it was Closed very disappointed

It’s very old and it smells. It needs a renovation. Carpet, furniture and decorations needs an update. Mattress is old way too soft. The only reasons we stayed a night was because it was next to El Paso airport. But if I had read the reviews beforehand I would have stay a night at a different hotel.

Spent first night in room that the AC didn’t work correctly. Room temperature 77.
Asked in morning to have AC fixed. No difference when I arrived back at room so the excellent front desk staff gave me another room with working AC.
Overall this hotel is in need of repair and updates.
Location to airport is reason why I stayed here.

Easy check in with friendly staff. I understand the front desk checks in a lot of people day in and day out but still they should have the patience to explain everything to a new guest- directions to the room or dining, etc. Just coz they are repeating the same thing so many times they cannot look bored or disinterested.
