Very good
We stayed in a very spacious suite. The room was very clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast had a nice variety. Although the hotel is a bit dated, it's good value for money and we had a very pleasant stay.

Quick stay in Eilat
This was our second visit to this hotel. The staff have always been so polite and helpful. The hotel is an older building but the rooms are large, comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

נסענו לחופשת צלילה משפיתית וספונטנית באילת ולאור היכרות מוקדמת עם רשת אטלס בחרנו במלון שלהם בעיר. קיבלנו חדרים נקיים ומסודרים, ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצויינת עם מגוון רחב של אפשרויות. המלון מתאים בעיקר למשפחות עם ילדים אך יש לציין שהוא ממוקם כ-15 דק' הליכה מהעם והטיילת של אילת.

I stayed for one night, the staff was all friendly and helped coordinate a taxi to the Red Canyon. For a longer stay, the amenities and cleanliness (hallways, bathroom and smoke smell) may not be ideal but for a short stay definitely recommend.

The staff at the reception is very nice. We got everything that we asked for. Didn't have any problems at all. What we didn't like is the view. Didn't have any. The hotel is old and the corridors need a new paint and carpets.

Do not recommend
I chose this hotel because they had a queen bed, and when we arrived they said they didn’t know what a queen bed was. They pushed two twins together?? and then mistakenly moved us to a studio room when we had booked a family suite. The hotel was very unorganized and I’ve never met a ruder employee than maya at the front desk. Pretty sure they are serving old food at breakfast and dinner as my whole group was sick. I would not suggest staying here as it is also much further from the main town than advertised. No toiletries provided and constantly had to ask for clean towels, etc for a four night stay. People were hesitant to speak English, but it is a heavy tourist area and we just felt very unwelcome.

The hotel was nice. A lot of kids the weekend I was there. My room was clean and large but at the back of the hotel overlooking a vacant lot. Most hotel staff were helpful.

Great place -- for a family with kids!
Really great place for a family. Clean, well lit, lots of food options. We stayed as a couple, so we felt less than enthused about hanging out by the pool with all the kids/families. But that's not the hotel's fault! Really excellent and attentive staff. Important to note: it's about a 10 minute walk to the airport and an 18 minute walk to the nearest beach.

Horrible. Rude staff, agresdive and even threatining. We left the hotel after one night giving up on the money we oaid for the extra nights. Decided our sanity were more important than staying in the horrible place.

1 Night in Nova Life Hotel
I showed up really early to see if I could park at the hotel since I was being picked up for a day tour and the staff actually went out of their way to get me checked in and get a room. I have traveled internationally a lot, but still do not expect mold in the shower area, which was the only negative. This is a standard hotel for the area and country. I would view this as an upper tier Motel 6 in the US. If you do not have your expectations set high, you will be just fine.

The hotel had better days.
6 month after my last stay at this hotel and I was very disappointed. The room wasent clean. Things were missing. They had short in stuff - we had to wait and hour in the room to clean it problem with airconditions. Hope next time the hotel will bemail better

Very Pleasant Hotel
This is a very pleasant hotel. The rooms are great, roomy and bright, with a separate bedroom and living room with a small kitchen bar. It's a long walk to the beach, but the pool would be great if it had been open (it was closed off for low season). Breakfast was substantial and good quality.

best breakfast ever, clean room
First of all the staff was extremely friendly. The room was very large & clean. The breakfast was the best we have had in all the hotels we have ever stayed in.I would definitely recommend to stay here, & will again when we come back.

I love the Novotel. It is my hotel of choice when I stay in Eilat. Very nice rooms, very clean and great breakfast. I would only advise that you lock your door as the cleaning supervisor verged in my room twice when I had the do not disturb sign on my door.

Stayed two nights with a trip to Petra in between. Room was nice size with a balcony overlooking the pool. We had a living room area and bedroom which was nice. Long long long hallways to get to the room unless of course you luck out at get one near the elevator. Little kitchen area with refrigerator which we always like. No hairdryer, no shampoos or body lotions. Just soap dispensers in the shower and near the sink. Didn't use them. Towels just ok, small and thin. Nice strong shower. Clean enough. Wish cleaning staff in all the hotels would look behind the doors where stuff accumulates. Staff at front desk seemed limited to one person at a time. We were not greeted warmly but when pushed they were helpful. I don't like to feel like I am a bother Breakfast was great, lots of choices and very fresh. Not sure I would stay again but it is fine if you need a clean place to stay.

It is basic but nice hotel. It was quiet because it is away from the Centre of Eilat but the distance might be annoying for some (especially if you don't have a car). The rooms are clean but also a basic level.

Big room and quiet, nice pool and breakfast. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much. The location of the hotel is about 20 minute walk to the beach (it is located in the city and in the hotel area)

Unbelievable service and accommodations
We loved everything from the first minute that we entered the hotel. The room with living room was modern, clean and so comfortable. Patricia at the desk was beyond helpful. We had to extend our stay and change our plans for a trip to Petra and she made it happen by calling the travel agent at home. Looking forward to staying there again. Breakfast delicious and a real value.
