A little disappointed the hotel wouldn't honour the price we paid for the 4 day stay in a Junior Suite when we added a day due to the Farmer-road-blockades. "low price and internet works, but hole house uneven, steep stairs only usuable with hand rail. Front door not closed and not monitored hence not safe. Room only one socket. \did not trust the shower - only one for 10 rooms. The shower also is the toilet. This hotel is managed by another hotel, and it is there you need to park which claims to be rated 8.2. This is more a 2.8..."

"First of all, the staff is absolutely amazing. Courteous, friendly, professional. My room was a bit of a mixed experience. It was spacious and well appointed, but the carpet was wrinkled in a way that it looked like it hadn’t been laid properly. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated between freezing and scalding. The bed was a bit soft, but that’s more of a personal preference issue. "

"The hotel is the other side of the railway from the town centre so has to be reached by tunnel under the station - the nearest one is ok but the next one was not nice and there were people begging outside the supermarket next to the hotel. The hotel, however is fine - my room was large enough with fridge and good wardrobe and although my room looked down on the railway platforms I didn't hear anything when the window was closed. I would use it again."

"The place was a lovely hotel not far from the Christmas market. All staff and facilities excellent, the room was on the smaller side but had everything we needed. The breakfast was a bit expensive at €18.50 per head so we decided not to purchase breakfast. The hotel does have parking but only 18 spaces for the whole hotel which are never available. There is a multistorey car park opposite the hotel which is €18 per 24hrs max"

"Excellent location close to the centre of Aachen. Very clean with a modern bathroom, nice breakfast. Parking in Aachen is not intimidating, there's very good public multi story parking, I used the one at rathaus, 6 euros, very easy short walk to hotel. Nice staff, great stay!"

"The hotel was ok, but very tired. No check-in after 8pm which is just ridiculous, we had to leave what we were doing, go check-in and then return which cost us 90mins in wasted time. Saying there is free parking isn’t really true as you have to park on the side of the road, they let you park on the car wash forecourt next door, but you have to move it by 8am. We didn’t have any food so Cannot comment on that. The mattresses & pillows were tired and very soft."
