Reception was very unhelpful when checking in, they dont have elevators and put us on the 2nd floor even though my wife is recovering from a torn MCL, When we asked to be moved to an empty ground floor room, she said non where available, meanwhile they had ample empty rooms.. When my wife went for breakfast, housekeeping was moping the floor around their very limited seating and was told that she couldn't sit down because the floor was wet...WHY WASH/SWEEP floors during the busiest time of the day??..meanwhile they allowed a group of 20 or more to overtake what space was available and let them stay for at least 90 minutes that we seen. We travel this route monthly and always spend the night along the way...we'll definitely consider driving 30 minutes less or further in the future.

Room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the breakfast options plentiful. I will stay here again next time I’m in the area!

Nice spot, good price. Comfy bed, nice shower. Easy parking, close to hwy. You have to have a vehicle to get back to town. Nothing around the hotel.

Very quiet, cozy, clean and safe. All the staffs are really kind and also liked the included breakfast. They had typical breakfast like ikea.

We got to our room and between the black flies and animal smell I can't say what was worse.I had no idea it was pet friendly hotel.Some lysol should be used to wasn baseboards and floors.Phone didnt work.Only because we were so tired we would have left.Paid to much

Loved the guy working the front desk. He has such a rush as I was checking in but gave everyone the time they deserved instead of rushing them along. Great customer service!

The room was so clean, loads of amenities. The bed was comfy and so many pillows. The room was facing the highway, but there was double patio doors on both sides, I didn’t hear any traffic with them closed.

Very Dated ! Clean but looks dirty because of the dated decor. Carpets in the halls are gross, lighting is dark & dingy. Beds are very uncomfortable. Out of town. Not a convenient location

Arrived to be told good chance of no hot water in morning if too much was used. Plumbing leak. Could be moved to another hotel , but not sure of price. Stayed and I showered in pm Definitely no hot in morning No adjustment as we booked through Expedia Could have offered something

The hotel was nice, quiet, clean and comfortable but a little out of town so restaurants were not within walking distance. Complimentary breakfast was more than adequate. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
