“Hotel staff are excellent”
Very nice hotel in quite area. excellent very helpfull staff. Good breakfast. The only thing is you have to take taxi to downtown area.
“Great Stay”
We were four lads in Germany for the Klitschko fight at the Shalke Arena and had a fantasic stay at the Hilton. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Great attitudes from everyone and really helpful. This is a business hotel really and even though it's a taxi ride into the old town our stay was great. Recommended.
“exellent service and super friendly people”
Maybe I am lucky to get to the executive room. I have a two year old kid with me. The room is very comfortable and clean. The hotel elevator needs room card to operate which make me feel safe for my kid. Close to train station even the hotel is not in the center of the city.
“First Class Hotel”
I have stayed in many Hilton Hotels - and this one is amongst the best. Very efficient and friendly check in and out service. Room was bright, well designed and spacious (and with great views). Reasonably priced bar, restaurant and room service. If you are in Dusseldorf on vacation or business this hotel is a great choice.
“Wonerful staff, bar, restaurant! Great Price!”
The staff are all very polite an extremely helpful. Each member from every department was so quick to go above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied before we ever asked them to! And the price was great too! Right next to the Rhine river and park (one small block away) and a quick walk to the historic "Old Town" area and city center. About 2 miles away, but you wont mind because the whole walk is through the park!

We stayed at the Hilton for 4 days & had a great time there. The staff were very helpful & the food were excellent. However the wifi charge was far too expensive which was a real let down.

Very impressed, all staff polite and helpful, room spotless and well appionted, taxi only 10 euros too and from the centre of town.
