Best hotel in Dusseldorf, I have stayed at several and there is simply no comparison! Service was top notch!

“Best hotel”
This was the best hotel I've stayed in anywhere in the world. The staff were accomodating, allowing me to check in early after a long flight. The rooms were beautiful, technologically savy, and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt pampered and well looked after. Breakfast was scrumptious and I appreciated the snack area as I adjusted to the time change and meal schedules. They mailed my letters for me and allowed me computer access. Overall, a superior hotel!

“This Hotel is Incredible!”
First of all, the name of the hotel is The Breidenbacher Hof--A Capella Hotel--not "A Capella Hot." Otherwise it sounds cheesie. I've stayed at Ritz Carltons, Four Seasons, Peninsulas and Park Hyatts around the world--and this is as good, if not better, than most of them! Our room was huge, with fresh fruit awaiting us, twin sliding doors leading into a large washroom with a flat screen embedded in the vanity mirror and high tech shower. A touchscreen in your bed's nightstand controls temperature, "do not disturb" signage, all your lights close and far--and your electrically controlled curtains. Access to the elevators requires entry into a guest lounge monitored by a concierge, with softdrinks, cookies, espresso machine,champagne on ice, televisions. Every staff member somehow knows your name--and greets you as you come and go. The valet delivers your car in the morning cleaned--with fresh water in the cupholders. Yeah, we're going back!

“A Wonderful Hotel for a Wonderful City”
Düsseldorf is a lovely city, and there has been a hotel on the site of the current Breidenbacher Hof since 1806. The latest iteration replaces a building constructed in 1950, and has every modern convenience. More important than convenience is the friendly, well-trained staff--that which is essential to making a hotel more than a place to sleep. In a day when long-distance travel is anything but pleasant, it's wonderful to come "home" to Düsseldorf's Breidenbacher Hof.
“NORTH AFRICA GOES TO THE BREIDENBACHER HOF”
THESE PEOPLE WERE OUT OF CONTROL !!! IT SMELLED LIKE THEY COOKED IN THEIR ROOM, THEY ATE IN THE HALL ,, WHEN IN THE (WEST) ACT AS A PERSON FROM THE WEST, NOT AS SOMEONE FROM MIDDLE EAST,THEIR BEHAVIOR WAS NOT SUITABLE TO A HOTEL OF THIS STATURE... I'LL TRY AGAIN,, THE SERVICE & THE STAFF WERE FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY..money can't buy good taste !!!
