“Nice hotel, good location to access Dubai.”
We arrived at 1:00am and given room 1301 on the top floor, next to one of the lifts. We went to bed and could hear the lift motor starting and stopping every few minutes, the lift motor room was directly above our room. Neither of us could sleep due to the noise, on the way to reception I discovered that the lift was randomly stopping at different floors, with no one in the lift. Reception staff showed me several rooms that were available, all next to lifts. We moved to room 701 which was ok. Rooms were nice, with sitting room, small kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet, washer/drier. Flat screen TV in both lounge and bedroom. As the hotel is new we had no kitchen equipment, Several boxes arrived the next day with all the equipment. Pool area was very nice, staff helpful, plenty of loungers and sunshades. Temperature was 40-44 deg C, the pool temperature was just right to cool you down down every few minutes. Pool attendant is very good and keeps children under control. Hotel is 500m from Dubai Marina metro, and Dubai Mall with a Carluccios restaurant and a Waitrose, plus a few fast food outlets. The beach is 15-20 minute walk. take a tax or the shuttle bus from the metro station. Journey to Dubai is 45 minutes on the metro (Burjaman Centre) , and 1 hour to the airport, metro is busy at peak times. Don't use the shuttle bus to Battuta Mall. We were told it took 10 minutes, it took 50 minutes due to the route round other hotels.
“Very good hotel”
I came to dubai this week for three days and i stayed in this hotel. It is a luxury hotel near the attraction areas and it has very resonable rates. You will need a car though. I recommend this hotel 100%
“Good Price and Friendly hotel”
I have stayed at this hotel several time, and I have been satisfied everytime with the price, location, staff and accomodation. The staff is friendly and prefessional, Location is near several atraction and nighlife.
“Good value for the location.”
We chose this hotel due to its location and at the time it was about half the price of the alternatives. It is nearby a metro station and about 15mins walk from 'The Walk' where there are many bars and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and efficient, the room was comfortable, very clean and well designed. The only complaint was that the shower flooded practically as soon as it was turned on. Overall, the hotel was a great base for a weekend in Dubai.
“Good value”
A good value pick in Dubai. Room was v good with all needed for self catering and spacious and well presented. Good gym and pool. Recommend as good all round value. Just 10 mins walk from beach and Marina. Near Metro.
“Extremely good value”
This is a genuine review. I am very impressed with this place. First its in a good location 5 mins walk from the metro, 3 mins from the Marina Mall (Boots, Waitrose, Carluccio's, Gourmet burger etc) and with oudles of car parking. Very importantly there is free wireless internet throughout the hotel including the rooms - and very fast. The staff are very friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble. I had a two roomed apartment - 2 large flat-screen tellys, a small kitchen with fridge and cooker, and room service cleaning and changing sheets every day. The swimming pool is small but perfectly adequate and the gym brand new with loads of equipment and no-one but me using it! I didn't try the restaurant so cant comment but, in common with many others, there is no alcohol served in the hotel. If you want to be on or very close to the beach this is not the right hotel for you but for my business trip it was ideal.
“Relaxing & convenient”
My staying in this hotel was very convenient and I had a very positive impression about the services provided in terms of quality. The staff were amazing with the smile on their faces all day long, gives a warm and kind feeling, you really feels welcomed all day long. Very cooperative and understanding to guest needs. I was there for business but they turn it into leisure as well. Definitely I will be back again.
“clean, comfortable, affordable, close to marina”
4 of us stayed here and had a really relaxing time. the pool is clean. staff friendly, rooms and amenities all good. close to marina and metro. all round good stay. would recommend and will will go back next year.

If you are visiting Dubai Marina Mall area, then this is the ideal hotel location and price.
“You will like this hotel, but read my review”
The first room they gave us was not in great condition with some chips and to me, it looked a little lazy on the cleaniness. When I said we were not happy they changed our room right away and I really liked the layout of the second room, much brighter. They do not have coffee machines despite what they may say, but the towels and lineans are in great shape and the room was clean. A 4 minute walk to the tube. My husband and I were there for 7 nights as part of our wedding anniversary holiday and although we really liked the hotel we would not stay again only because we spent so much of our time near the Madinate that we'd stay a little closer to that next time. However, let me assure you, this hotel has the Marina Mall only 5 min walk away, with a Boots and Waitrose and all the shops, you need, plus a lovley promenade with lots of restaurants and there is a boat tour which sadly we ran out of time to do. There is a Papa John's pizza place and a pharmacy just 3 min walk away which actually came in handy late one night. We never went in the hotel pool as we were so busy and would rather spend time at Wild Wadi but lots of people enjoyed the pool which I saw being cleaned every single morning. Excellent location and good staff in hotel.
