This is an amazing hotel with great staff. I was welcomed by Mahmoud very exceptional customer service. He was such a gentleman with great information about Dubai. Atiq was amazing his service on the floor amazing individual with a great smile very welcoming. The room was spotless after his great service. The restaurant served dishes from all of the world the chef gave great service and amazing food lily served us during breakfast amazing and the rest of the staff. The service was fantastic the staff all of them gave great service. Amazing additional assistance was offered. This was a great holiday!

Had a 6 night comfortable stay with my family. Very clean and modern room. Staff super helpful and exceptional. Conveniently located with metro, shops and eateries just downstairs. Lovely buffet breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Good Hotel with great accessibility
Good Hotel, clean rooms, good breakfast. Best is the location of the hotel, the metro and bus station are just below the hotel. Room were cleaned every day, so a thumbs up for the housekeeping.

We stayed 5 nights and were very impressed by the entire team at Days, Deira. From front desk to housekeeping, they paid full attention to guest comfort, and yes, the location is fantastic as well - right outside the metro stop Gold Souk, and now with a complimentary shuttle to Dubai Mall. There was a Bed bug in my room (507). In addition, the showers have black mold growing. I don’t blame the hotel staff but the mildew smell isn’t pleasant. Hotel area is safe, active and easily accessible to Dubai downtown and Sharjah.

Room was dirty, bathroom was nasty. Floor and furniture filled with stains and dirt. Had to complain to the hotel Managment and they changed the room but the new room was somewhat better. Defiantly below expectation. Will never book here again and not recommended. Did not meet the standards for Dubai and $125 per night. It was more like $50 per night standard. Pictures were all false. Staff and service was excellent. The facility horrible!

Breakfast was good but do not go for the halfboard or fullboard. Very limited menu and food is not good. Parking is valet parking. We had to wait over 30 minutes everytime we requested our car by calling the front desk. They would forget to ask the driver or driver would be missing. Front desk staff very dry and not willing.

Good hotel but nothing in its location
The hotel is good and next to the metro. Two problems with the facility: 1- There are no restaurants or anything outside the hotel to eat. 2- Hotel staff kept ringing my room bell at mid-night to give me a towel!! this happened twice.

The hotel is new and comfortable, however the staff need to be more proactive with theor customer service,it seems that sice the hotel is new,the staff need more training,room service was not up to the required standard of a 4 star hotel,also there are no amenities in the bathroom like shower gel and lotion which you usually get in a hotel with this price,please work on that!, otherwise the stay was very comfortable.

I truly regret that the shower gel was not available in your room. Had any of our team members know we could have immediately assisted you. Bait and switch!! Stay away
The hotel accepted a booking for a room with 3 occupants but the room that we received only had bed for 2. When asked they charged us extra $160 to give us a room with a sofa bed. Very disappointing experience!!

The good: new hotel, adjacent to the metro station, Neha, Mirsamid, Derrick were absolutely great staff. The bad: rooms/bathrooms quite small, the front desk clerk who checked me in informed me that despite my request for a Queen bed, they only had the two twin beds available as they were overbooked

Last option for a budget hotel
My last option for a budget hotel. Rooms are not well kept and dirty. I booked for a king bed and they allocated me with single beds unapologetically. This is the only hotel that I stayed that asks for a payment whenever you will print a single document. The only good part of this hotel is the location which is close to the metro station.

Good clean and new hotel but service is slow
New hotel. There is no house keeping after 4 pm. Breakfast was good. Service is very slow. Very clean and spacious rooms.
