« Excellent property . Really clean and lots of space. Really close to Disney and plenty of restaurants a short drive away. My only complaint is the communication for check in. I got message and phone call 30 mins before check in saying if I don't fill out check in form my booking would be cancelled. This really wasn't ideal as I was driving. After I did it I received so many text and emails to help with my stay. I was getting them from several different numbers. Then 3 hrs after checking out. 4...

« Everybody enjoyed the stay. Check-in is smooth, owner even gave us early check-in so we could put our frozen items earlier. Location is 7 minutes from Walmart, and accessible to many restaurants in the area. Car access uses QR code and very convenient to pass the main gate entrance. Parking is restricted to 5 cars, but have additional parking at the Clubhouse. House facilities is what is advertised, with 2 large refrigerators, 2 sets of washer/dryer, which is good for large family gatherings....

« After a quick ride to the grocery store for food my family and I made some wonderful meals and enjoyed the pool area with games in the game room as well as the games we brought. House and beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again. »

« The house so Beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the pool at the house and the waterpark on the premises. It is a great house for a gathering of family and friends. I do suggest updating the mattresses. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for our large group. The check in process was easy and all my emails Were answered promptly. « We had a great time at this rental house. But the cleaning crew didn’t not have the house as clean as it should have been. There was trash under the tables in the kitchen and living room and hair all over two of the bathrooms. But we brought our cleaning supplies and got it done. Over all it was a great location close to grocery stores and shopping centers. Definitely would book this home again. »

« This house was amazing! We only had 8 people so everyone had their own bed room, the pool was nice and the location was very convenient for our commute to the golf courses we played. My only issue was that I paid for the heat in the pool/spa and the spa tub never actually got hot, just a slightly warmer than the pool. »

« It was a great place—very convenient. The description of bedrooms and bathrooms is accurate. The size is not correct, which isn't a huge deal. The size said it was 11,000 sqft. We thought it was a typo anyway. Also, the HVAC system was difficult. First, they didn't want it below 72, and then the system never came out of temporary, so we set the AC, left, and then when we returned that evening, the house was 78, which is too warm for us. The communication was great. We'd stay again. »

« First time had the whole family together in over 2 years. Grandpa, grandma, the parents and grandkids. We were alarger group. But everything went well. The checkin and communication with owners. The wetup, rooms and accommodations were spot on. Grill, pool and all of the clubhouse amenities with kayaks and lazy river etc etc etc I would highly recommend! »

« Nous avons séjourné 11 jours dans la villa. C'était très propre, sécuritaire, facile d'accès, près de tous, à 15 minutes de Disney. La propriétaire Barbara est très facile à rejoindre et est vraiment sympathique. Elle nous a donné des trucs et cela m'a beaucoup aidé. « Great place to stay but not a lot of activities or variety in activities.... No ball game, no music at the pool makes it to quiet for little kids.....The staff was great but two at the pool were not smiling, living 1 hour without services and said the chest game was broken and it was lie....He just didn't want to unlock.... Beside that, great property !!! Miss a lot of things for cooking.... »
