Fantastic food, beautiful woods all around for walks and exercise, staff are helpful and very friendly. Overall a pleasure to stay here, will definitely be back.

Pleasingly nothing has changed! Great hotel!
Having completed another stay at the Wiesengrund this year my thoughts and opinions have not changed. Hartmut and Melanie continue to provide a warm welcome and continue to be some of the kindest hotellerie during these challenging times accommodating requests whenever they can to ensure a great stay. This alone maintains the Wiesengrund as my favourite family hotel in Germany. As before, for business the facilities are excellent and the help Hartmut and Melanie are able to provide in extended business stays is appreciated and welcome.

Absolutely wonderful owners.
Fantastic restaurant, terrific customer services. The owners went above and beyond on any request. Lovely atmosphere and beautiful location. Close to the local swimming pool and beautiful nature for walking and exercise.

Perfect for a nights break.
Very good location close to Autobahn but enough to avoid noise. Modern, efficient, good breakfast, clean and very friendly staff. I can highly recommend for a "stay-over".

Ett litet fint och mysigt hotell. Allt var perfekt, förutom golvet i duschen som var såphalt. Tyvärr var inte restaurangen öppen på söndagen, då det är ”ruhetag” i Tyskland på söndagar. Men det fanns andra restauranger i närheten. Återkommer gärna👍

Perfekt stop
Kort ophold på vej hjem gennem Tyskland. Tæt på afkørsel fra motorvejen, men alligevel i et dejligt område. Meget god og venlig service. Fantastisk morgenmad med hjemmelavet brød, marmelade osv. Mulighed for at lade elbil mod betaling.

Very close to the A1. Fantastic, and I mean fantastic service from the owners and staff. The restaurant is unfortunantely closed late sundays, but otherwise you can enjoy a simple but well-cooked meny. Beer is german and cold, perfect. If you travel through the area and need a stop, perfect hotel. More than 5 stars for service.

Fantastisk kjekt, hyggelig, koselig hotell og personale. Vi kom over stedet med en tilfeldighet på biltur til Spania. Det var den desidert greieste overnattingen vi hadde på vår 6 dagers kjøretur til Spania, fra Norge sammen med 2 små jenter og en hund. Som gjorde at vi også plottet inn hotellet på vei hjem til Norge igjen. Hotellet bar preg av å være veldrevet, rent og ordentlig der det svært hyggelige personalet ga inntrykk av å virkelig bry seg om at vi hadde et fint opphold. Frokosten var også svært god. Anbefales på det sterkeste.
