Its right on the freeway, but still quiet. There a nice walking trail for pets. The yard is well kept. Also the staff is really polite and helpful.

Hotel is ok. Very bare bones, I’m not sure if they are selling the hotel or just bought it. Check in staff was hard to hear when asking questions. Only Staff we saw after that was there cleaning the rooms upon departure. Agreed it was a holiday weekend but! Managers door was closed most times. Breakfast area left a lot to be desired! Sausage was cold and egg omelettes were fair. Granted we were there around 9ish but no one was around to clean or make sure there was adequate food. We had to looked around to find the coffee and is was in the lobby. We weren’t impressed! Not sure we would make a repeat visit and we go to DL frequently.

We have stayed here for years and have always enjoyed our time there. Our biggest issue was with the room. Our pillow case was stained, the bed was made with a top sheet instead of a spread, the shower curtain kept falling down, and the inside main curtain was missing. We also had nowhere to gather, as the party / breakfast rooms were closed off. There was no place to sit in the room except the desk chair. No elevator to the second floor. The breakfast was very plain and packaged and no place to recycle.

The staff was very friendly. Beds were not that comfortable and the pillows really sucked. Breakfast was good. It was an ok stay for 1 day. Don't know if we could have stayed longer and we didn't really have a good nights sleep.

We've stayed there frequently. This time it appears that it has gone down hill. The breakfast was awful on Saturday. It looked like vultures had been through. We went had our meal elsewhere. I don't believe they replenished anything. Sunday was ok but I got there when they opened. There wasn't any cream for the coffee. We have enjoyed our stays there in the past but I think we're going to be looking for a new place next time we stay in DL.

The property was nice, clean and up to date. The pool was very nice and the hot tub was great as it was cold outside. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was OK. We will be back and we will be recommending it to friends who go to the area.

The hotel is kinda run Down, didn’t have maid service the whole weekend and when asking for more towels they weren’t helpful or nice. The main desk people were extremely rude and not helpful or accommodating at all. I wasn’t personally there at the time, but our group of parents were kicked out of lobby at 10pm and couldn’t use the breakfast room or pool to hang-out and when questioned to the staff why, they called the cops. Then moved to a hotel room and cops were called again by front desk because “they were visiting too loud”. I got a text from the hotel asking how the stay was and I passed the information on that we were disappointed and they said someone from the front desk would contact me, they never did. So when we checked out I told them that no one contacted me, I got a rude message back. DO NOT STAY HERE and never will again. Horrible stay and hospitality.

4 stars for the room, 1 star for breakfast
Our room was good, clean and comfortable and the price was very hood compared to the surrounding hotels. The continental breakfast was horrible. It was supposed to run from 7-10:30 and by 9 am they had no milk or juice left, the warmers had never been turned on for the hot food (so it was all cold), and someone dumped too much water in the waffle batter so it wouldn't work. At least there were bagels and english muffins left. 1 star for the breakfast, but the room was very good!

Room looked really nice & updated. Beds were comfortable. Toilet flusher broke and no maintenance people available to fix it so I took the cover off the tank and stuck my hand in the water to flush it! Breakfast options were low quality. Pool & hot tub were good temperature amd the pool room was nice. Lobby was nice. I could hear the train nearby all night & highway traffic.

Comfortable sleep in a hotel that is clearly understaffed. The young woman at the front desk did a remarkable job handling all the tasks that came her way. She deserves recognition for a job very well done!
