When I arrived at 11am from the airport, the rude staff refused to allow me to leave my suitcase, relax by the pool or even remain on the property until the official check-in time of 3pm, unless I sat in the bar. "The adult section of the property was very nice. I do wish there was staff that spoke a little more English it was sometimes difficult to understand. Although o used a translator i was still able to communicate. Staff was friendly and very attentive. "

"Hotel was ok. Service needed to elaborate on questions. Morn very helpful because of language barrier. Once off property it was easier to relate to locals. As English speaking - very isolated. Nothing for us, all French. Tours person totally dissed us. Treated as outsiders. Nothing in English. Nothing,not even menus or tours or evening events."
