"They Hyatt Bolgatty is an absolutely stunning property. From its gorgeous lobby with fresh flowers and coffee shop to panoramic views, the layout, amenities and cleanliness of the property was wonderful! The breakfast buffet each morning was incredible an overwhelmingly amount of choices. It was here we met one of the best servers we have ever had! Riyuni met us our first day and was so informed and knowledgeable about all the different food selections. He acted as an amazing tour guide as well,...

"The AC stopped working in the room that was assigned to us and then the AC in the new room was pretty mediocre. WiFi was unavailable. Service was pretty good though "

"Room rates are high for the quality of amenities provided and overall services. There's no room service, the on site cafe uses concentrates for all beverages, and some of these containers are not even close to being stored hygienically. The staff are ok but service is slow if you want extra towels etc. The view from the room is 10/10, waking upto a beautiful sunrise is serene. Access to the beach is easy and tedious at the same time. Overall we did have a good time."
