Hey Donald! Thanks for your review, though it’s a bit disappointing that you leave 3 out of 5 stars when we had the breaker fixed within 8 minutes of you reporting it (nearly an hour past our front desk closing no less…). Reviews are so important because of the productive feedback we as small businesses can get from our guests, but in-the-moment feedback is always much more actionable and appreciated than a ‘behind the screen’ recount well after you’ve left when there’s not much we can do to help remedy any issues. For whatever it’s worth, all of our wiring (and plumbing / the building itself) is brand new post-renovation just completed in 2020. We hope to get the chance to host you again to earn those few extra stars, though some of the character of our particular stay experience (ex: neighboring guests and ski / outdoor adventure traffic) can’t necessarily be avoided. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Safe travels!
