Was told we could have a late check out and come morning we were told we need to check out before 11:30 or I’d be charged an entire day. The front desk attendant was absolutely terrible and needs to learn basic customer service skills. She lied to us and then refused to listen. No manager was available to speak to and we were just shoved out with no compassion as to what we were told we could do.

We really like this place, it's been cold lately and when we arrive it's warm in the lobby and Sam will greet you with a Smile. We tried the Steak place in Montague last night and it was grand. Recommend Reservation. The hotel also has Microwaves in the rooms and they have. a snack bar including Frozen TV dinners if your on a budget. Thanks Sam
Rude staff. Gym closed. Extremely overpriced for what you get. No conditioner. No Hair dryer left in room. Windows unlocked on bottom floor. Gross & nasty.

The bathroom was extremely duty, with old soap and moody, the floor full of hair . I am disappointed about the price for the condition of the room . We decided to stay here because we always use one in Ratón New Mexico .
But not in this Location BAD , BAD , BAD
We have stayed several times at this location and never had an issue. This time the fridge didn’t work and the AC leaked all over the floor. The morning of check out the manger busted into the room and wanted to know if we were checking out 2 hours prior to check out time. Obviously we forgot to lock the top lock due to arriving late that night. Again they came back at 10:45 and tried to come back in the room wanting us to leave. Probably the worst experience we have every had in a hotel. Very rude and pushy!!

Toilet is much too low and the showerhead needs to be replaced. The remote wouldn't connect with the TV

The door lock was broken , risking our safety and our belongings . The charged sundries to our accounts and would not correct the problem .

Went for a nephew graduation, room had musty smell end tables had sticky stuff on top of them ,bed was really firm
