Not much to like, coffee was served in paper cups, really you can’t afford porcelain? Offering for breakfast was mediocre at best. there was a small bar open, and the bartender was a delight and was able to make a pizza for us. The front desk folks were highly uninterested. Expedia failed to make my reservation and the clerk on duty could care less and tried to do nothing to help me, including saying, don’t worry we have open rooms. there is no housekeeping unless you specifically ask for it. I know this is common in hotels post Covid but I think it’s ridiculous and it’s time to get over it. Previously I used to stay at this property for meetings and it sure has gone downhill as far as being welcoming and accommodating. On a positive note, the property was clean and the rooms were clean.

2 people behind the desk when we arrived. One was very sick with a mask on, the other was new and being trained. We were completely ignored. Stood in front of the desk for 5 minutes with Not so much as a "Welcome", A smile. A, " We'll be right with you", NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of 2 guests coming into your lobby with luggage to stay in your hotel for the night. When we FINALLY were greeted everything was robotic and stale. We clearly were inconveniencing the staff and whatever the hell they were doing behind the desk. As we were being rushed through our check in a lady entered the lobby and was completely ignored as she was watching what was going on behind the desk. To the point where she started to leave several times but came back and was clearly frustrated with the staff and the situation. Completely ackward and unprofessional. Thank God there was hand sanitizer on the counter I could use after the sick one gave me a pen and my credit card back. I used the pen he slammed down on the counter to sign and initial the paperwork he slammed down on the counter.

Good price for a good stay
A little bit bummed that they didn’t offer a later breakfast since it was indeed a holiday. However, we did get a late checkout and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Can’t beat the price.

The night staff (I believe it was a man named Ram) made us very comfortable. Very friendly and even came out and talked with the kids. He made our trip very nice.

Everything went well. I love that there is a washer and dryer, in case of a need, and that everything was clean. My only disappointment was that there are drop-in tubs over the old tubs, but that is just me.

Beds are too high for some disabled people. Wife slept on couch! We asked for handicap room with toilet hand rail for left hander. They did not provide a HC room. When we asked the desk manager he called the GM to unlock one handicap room. It was for a right hander. Pointless for us to return to this hotel. Like Marriott in Middleton better.

The bathtub creaked with any movement and sounded like it was going to cave in. Bathtub wasn’t draining so your feet would be in standing water within minutes. The blinds are set up so you can’t close them all the way, causing lack of privacy and the ability to sleep in past dawn.
