So I booked this motel based on the “good” reviews posted by other individuals who have stayed here. That was a mistake! The Motel Building: fairly unappealing square building on the same lot as the Comfort Inn and Tim Hortons Check In: typical check in process with the front desk Indian man (who wasn’t the most friendly person). Thankfully, it was a smooth and quick process. The Room: Walked in and noted that it felt musty. Immediately turned on the A/C, which immediately kicked on. I booked a 2 Queen Bed room (Room 25) and went to sit/lay on one of the mattresses and noted how HARD the mattress felt. I could tell the mattresses were old/springy and the pillows were the WORST pillows I have ever layed my head upon. The Bathroom: the SMALLEST bathroom I have ever seen in a motel room! A bedroom closet seemed larger than this bathroom. The towels were the smallest towels I have seen in a motel room and smelled heavily of bleach. I looked at the tub/shower and noticed the SMALLEST showerhead I have ever seen in my life. Also, I noticed how low hanging the showerhead was on the wall. The water pressure was the WORST water pressure I have ever encountered in my life! *The road noise from the freeway was loud enough to hear in the room, which made for a noisy night and little sleep Do yourself a favor and book yourself a better quality room, but if you are looking for a no-frill, budget room… then this is the place to stay

Hotel was very nice for our overnight stay. I just wish it had an elevator. Our room was on the 2nd floor and my husband (who has bad knees ) found it difficult to go up and down the stairs.

Our room and bathroom was very clean. Everything in the room worked without problems; TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. This is an older building but the rooms have recently been updated and they are attractive. If you want an overnight stay in a clean, comfortable room at a very reasonable price this is the place for you!

Great no frills stay
Exactly what we were looking for - a cheap option for a 2 night stay for Phish concerts. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean. Close to restaurants and Walmart. No complaints at all. Decent enough place for a good price. Would stay again.

This is a good hotel, with parking right in front of the room. The staff is very friendly. The amenities are good. The only issue is, this hotel is right next to the free way I70, so we can hear the noise from all the traffic through out the night.

Had to wait 10 minutes to get checked in as staff was nowhere to be seen, although their children could. Carpet in hallway was disgusting. Vending machines not stocked.
