The rooms were very clean. Check out was quick and easy. Laundry room was handy. View of the field was peaceful. Only negative was the plugs on the lamps were loose so we couldn’t charge our phones. Fridge and microwave were super. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Will stay there again!

This was clean and quiet the automatic pancake maker was cool too. Breakfast was ok. Where they shine as we were working late and they waste no time to get us to the room which was nice and clean ready for us to unwind thank you to the staff!

We enjoyed all the amenities! Our family pet also was welcomed, ❤️. The only thing we had issues with, is being seniors and toilet inthe room is a very low standard toilet. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Lots of homeless/street people on the side of the building. I met one of them but he was very kind. But we never know who we meet on the way to and from the vehicle. Parking lot is not well lit. Perhaps you should hire a security guard for your premises.

Rooms were tired, but good enough for a sleep and vacate. Pricey, too for a sad room. Staff was very accommodating. Could only get a room with 1 bed and a sofa pull out. And too many teams at the hotel...running around, yelling in the designated area too late.

Sorry your stay wasn't as super as you wanted it to be, hockey tournament weekends are a bit more chaotic with kids full of energy and excited to be playing and we try our best to keep everyone happy and comfortable.

Check in was fast, pleasant and simple. Room was great only problem is electrical sockets not user friendly. Breakfast is below par with a limited selection, but McD’s is 40 ft away.
